Making sure everyone has this legal info to use with employers who are pushing for mandatory vax like my county govt is. I attached it to an email to a county commissioner, and the HR director called me and said they understand my concerns. Yep. She understood they could be sued.

Employer is not mandating vaccines, but in order to not wear a mask at work you have to show proof of a vaccination, So they are kind of twisting it around by making it voluntary if you don’t wanna wear a mask. Sneaky bastards. I see Amazon is going to put check marks on peoples badges if they turn in vaccination records. Sound familiar?

Mine is saying the same, but not requiring vaccination for continued employment, at this time at least.
I will be printing out a ton of forms, and keeping them in my locker at work, ready to hand out to everyone should it ever come up.
A face diaper is a medical device. An employer is not a doctor who can prescribe or suggest its use. Even if a medical doctor prescribes or suggests its use, you are not a slave that must obey. How, then, are these disgusting employers even thinking that they can demand such a thing, especially when its use is harming YOU? Next they'll be demanding that you take some drug BECAUSE THEY SAID SO.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with my HR director, and she appreciated my comments about forced vaxxings. She wasn't familiar with the legal ramifications of forcing EXPERIMENTAL vaccines on employees who then suffer an adverse effect. She said she would be relaying this to the commissioners in a meeting this afternoon. I have found my voice. You can too.

I wonder what we can do about hospitals. They told me their pcr test was mandatory if I wanted to go into the labor room and not have to wear a mask while giving birth. If I don't take the pcr test I have to mask up.....
I'm not doing either one way or another but what can I use legally? Women and infants -rhode Island a Care new England hospital. I cant labor at home as I am high risk so no midwife will take me. I'm going to try seeing if I can get the non invasive 15 minute test somewhere before going into the hospital. I don't want to take any test though because it's bullshit. How can they deny me the right to breathe during fucking labor.
Also I am tired of the tyrannical clinic door greeters taking my temperature and asking invasive questions when they aren't medical professionals and we aren't in a private room.
Side note: My primary care has a gigantic TV screen that shows your entire thermal temperature on your body through a scan everyone behind you can see. Wtf

Since you're not doing the pcr test anyway just disobey. Wear the diaper to walk to the room and hook you up. Once they leave rip that thing off. What are they going to do, wheel you out the front door in the middle of labor if you refuse? Strap you down and force you to wear a mask? The more belligerent you get with them the less they will want to deal with it and just give up.
That was my back up plan when I said one way or another. But I'd still like a legal way to shut them up so that I don't have a bunch of mean ass nurses not caring for me or the child properly. I don't want to be hounded when I'm in pain. I am already going to have to dight the hep b vaccine issue same day as well.
Record everything too with your phone. I know you might not bee able but whoever will be in the room with you can.
