Deemed "Covid Denier" and Fired after 10 years

Long story short, I was fired from my job of 10 years last July, all because coworkers launched a political attack against me.

When the mask policies and mandates came down, my boss refused to impliment "physcial distancing" measures to remain in compliance and avoid mask requirements for anyone. The lazy, leftist ass instead decided to just make everyone wear masks. So I was forced to request a medical exemption (permissble under company policy, state "guidance", state and federal law) and provided doctor's note as required by my boss, per corporate. My condition was diognoised in 2017 and documented to have existed for prior 10 years. It is non-curable. Doctors note was begrudgingly accepted and I worked for 3 weeks inside the building without being forced to wear anything. Went on vacation. Behind the scenes, coworkers complained that my condition was "fake" (how ironic) and that I was just making a "political statement" (more irony). Even worse, a supervisor was tasked with spying on my social media history to create the narrative that i was a "covid denier" so they would have "grounds" to revoke my previously granted medical exemption. Idiot attempted to redact his screenshot submissions, but did a terrible job and revealed his identity. I presented numerous alternative work scenarios to accomodate my personal heath concerns. All were rejected and I was stonewalled. They tried to sucker me into quitting, but I told them they were breaking the law. I was fired. Hundreds of customers are still irrate about the injustice.

BOLI did nothing. Lawyer sent excellent demand letter to company, but got cold feet and isn't willing to go to litigation.

Any good lawyers in the pacific northwest willing to help a fellow pede? ?
