Email came through a couple weeks ago. They cited the EEOC or whatever’s decision on keeping a record of employees jab status. The email said that employees who have no jab card on record still have to wear masks. I work as a caregiver, those I care for have gotten the jab, but I don’t wear a mask regardless because I don’t work under a direct supervisor.
My question is... how is that not discrimination? Allowing privileges to some but not others based on personal choices
They compare it to the TB test we had to submit on hire that they keep record of. My argument there is that the TB test was a condition of employment upon hire, and that this vaccine wasn’t

My neighbor just did this last night on his job & told me he would be staying home until they removed the requirement and was suing for disability for the time off. Saw him smiling as he drive into work this morning ??

it is damn hard to find good employees, lots of openings not a lot of qualified individuals. If I were you I would pre-mptively look for another better job that isn't require vax or mask, when you find it make sure your old company knows why you left.
Even in at-will states they cannot discriminate based on sex age or religion. However they can make up any other excuse to terminate you
arguably, wearing a mask, or getting the jab, is part of a religion. If you disagree with their religion, then if they terminate you, they are discriminating on the basis of religion.
Since fetal tissue is used to make all vaccines informing them of this should be able to exempt you.
We just got an email today for back to work. Have Jab no mask, don't have Jab mask. But so far going back is voluntary as we are capable of working from home. Only good thing is my direct report is not getting the death Jab either so there's hope of me working from home because I can't wear a mask longer than 20 minutes with my asthma. I believe it's all discrimination! They are trying to shame you into getting the Vax.
Same situation with my job. Come back or else. Wear a mask so you can come into work with a mask on just to work remote. They are sick
Ask them to show you how the TB test was also under "Emergency Use Authorization" at the time since they are using that as being the same situation.

If you ask me, “public health and safety” laws are too permissive and allow for the arbitrary removal of our civil liberties. “Public health and safety” laws need a major overhaul requiring sign off by the legislatures with input from experts on all sides of a health issue.

Have they not seen the recent MSM coverage of Fauchi with the masks don't do anything....now back tracking hard on the claims of the benefit of masks. It's all been exaggerated.
Dispute it on religious bases and if they continue to press you claim discrimination based on religion
