The white hats most likely faked his death on a date forecast by Q years ago and put him in the witness protection program.
I’m usually skeptical about connections that seem to require coordination between the two sides of this war in order to pull off. But this makes more sense to me. Good guys fake his death, on a date forecasted years ago by Q. Plausible. We’ll surely see later on if this was actually the case and he’s still alive.
I honestly have goosebumps right now.

(I don't really buy the "keep us complacent" thing since we're getting audits done etc.) and Trump and co have just been totally incompetent after all and didn't know what Q was when refusing to denounce it, and have been manipulated every step of the way but through sheer dumb luck, power of will, and the support of millions, they made it this far.
But that answer would require a lot more explaining about real tangible events and evidence we've seen. For example, in such a timeline, how come Trump denounced the rising "patriot party" in like, a week flat, but never Q? How come, after witnessing the capitol hill stuff, he didn't realize Q was a DS operation? How come Flynn, a former military intelligence specialist, didn't know what was up or get tipped off somehow to avoid it (unless he were a blackhat... which would mean the entire "arrest" plot would have to have been staged by the blackhats to gain trust, which feels like a layer of fakery that would have frankly been unnecessary).
Occam's Razor would suggest that that answer is less probable because it requires the most mental gymnastics. For example, "Flynn was arrested" is simpler than "Flynn staged being arrested to gain trust to screw Trump and patriots over for the next 4+ years". Another example would be "Trump is or works with mastermind strategists" versus "Trump and co managed to bumble their way into office despite the fraud and the DS's best attempts to silence him, managed to survive 4 years without getting any real scandals latched onto him, created the greatest economy in US history, somewhat solved Middle East peace, created jobs, and survived two impeachments while winning enough votes he should have been elected a second term".
Occam's Razor should not be taken as a law or an absolute; it's just a probability guideline. Both timelines (and more) are possible, but the one that is the simplest tends to be the most likely true, as it relies on the least suppositions/individual instances of probability.
TL;DR: This is most likely either a coincidence or white hats.
I've thought about this too. If somehow Trump is still one of them and is controlled opposition, maybe mass arrests would just be a consolidation of power rather than a true complete drain of the swamp. The behavior of Flynn, Wood, and Powell is so weird in this context though. Either they are some of the biggest snakes, they were fooled just like us, or they really are in on something big. I could definitely see the new world order framed as a patriot movement should black hats come out on top. Those are just my most pessimistic thoughts though.

To be fair, her timestamp isn't used, but the date. A number of people posted about this guys death, so any one of them could have been used. What confuses me though, is the actual Q post that contains the LL/HRC connection was posted the 18th not the 12th.

White hats know people end up dead to hide Clinton/DS crimes. So, they're 'witness to crimes' depositions are taken, indictments are sealed (under Durham or whoever outside of corrupt-politicized DOJ). White hats put out this type of info as misinfo. Then when the indictments are unsealed the evidence has already been obtained through witness statements, photos, texts, etc. The witnesses remain in safe witness protection program.
