A plea deal is supposed to be a quid pro quo affair, what can they possibly offer the court? I'd be ok with a reduced sentence if it meant giving up names, locations, invoices for purchasing stuff, comms details etc if it meant arresting & jailing hundreds of antifa terrorists and their procurement, support and coordination networks.. but I bet they didn't have to give anything of value.
Just more terrorists set free to repeat their crimes free of any consequence... many such cases.
