The class action lawsuits will likely be for EVERY man, woman and child in the U.S. to receive equivalent of $1,000 each due to discrimination, unfair business practices and restriction of their 1st amendment rights by these two sites.
For 330 Million people in the U.S., that would amount to a $330 Billion lawsuit. Neither FecesBook nor Twitter has those kinds of resources. In other words, a win = hand over the company. Meanwhile, during a class action lawsuit of this magnitude... it's not unusual to request that the company assets be FROZEN, or that the assets be placed in temporary trust with oversight.
