OMG I didn't even notice that! It wasn't planned but maybe it was in my subconscious...!! What a great store - I had never been in there before but we had to find a birthday gift for my son's friend. And I am absolutely done with Target, WalMart, etc. And I had been reading more about Hobby Lobby and how they continually stand up for religious freedom and don't back down from the attacks on Christianity, and I just thought - that's a store where I want to spend my money. So when school starts in just over a month, we'll be getting all my son's supplies there too.
Me too! And they have such beautiful patriotic art there too, I was really impressed and had to exercise great restraint in not spending more than I did. I could seriously bankrupt myself in that place! :)
I love this store, too! I just hope that one day, they will reduce the number of Made in China products and carry more Made in the USA items!
Yeah, literally everything there is made in China. What stops other countries from manufacturing? Cost of labor? Not long ago, almost everything a label that said Made in the USA. I'd really like to shop at a place owned by people who live within 50 miles of me, especially when I can't get something 2nd hand.
Yep, that’s the only reason I go there. I literally don’t have room for any more in my garage. 😂
It is great, they have the best range of craft supplies in type, quality, and prices All the craft stores have sucky online stores, though, including HL.
That's OK. Shopping online prevents me from rearranging their supply of letters to spread the word that Trump won. :) I'm more than happy to go into their store.

We have them in Alabama also. Great store! And yes you can spend a fortune in there. Was there maybe a week ago and was surprised they stopped doing the 40%off one regular priced item coupon, I used that every time I bought something regular priced. Cashier didn’t know why they stopped it.
Should have changed the 23 (which is half of 46) to 45.
Agreed 100%, that didn't occur to me until I got home. That's ok - next time for sure. This was fun and definitely not the last time I'm doing this. :)

I love Hobby Lobby. Excellent selection. I also love that company because they close on Sundays.
Imagine, a big company that is willing to give up business $$ on a weekend day for the Lord's day of rest and to spend time with loved ones.
They and Chick-Fil-A as well. Not many places that are closed on a Sunday.

The employees at HL are HAPPY & kind too 🇺🇸 My last trip there while in line I met a MAGA-pede; I had my Trump hat on & he was sporting a MAGA shirt. Insta-bond & all the ladies were eavesdropping our convo & grinning.
Yes they are. I noticed that's a common theme among Christian-family owned businesses. Look how nice they are to you at ChickFilA - You thank them for something, and it's always "my pleasure".
