First, understand that at it's most basic level the US Constitution is contract between the Federal Government and the States - with the States being sovereign over the Feds. Most people today do NOT understand that the Federal Government is the LOWEST authority in the structure of our Republic as set by the Founders. The order of authority set by our Founders is God > People > States > Federal Government.

Most people alive today also do NOT understand that all the three letter agencies of the Deep State outside of the military are criminal and illegal agencies as Congress NEVER had the power to create them in the first place per the Constitution.

Understanding all that, what happens when one party violates the terms of a contract?

Who does the military swear an oath to?

How do you remove a government that is Constitutionally invalid?

Trump's recent reference to the white house as nothing more than a white house (small letters) gave Americans an indication of what is to come.

Biden and his handlers are NOT going to have to leave because they will be sitting at ground zero of a enemy occupied government on US soil.

What happens if the Federal Government is a foreign occupying power and NOT a sanctioned US government? Put in other words, DC will become foreign occupied territory by an invading power and any State actors that helped them take control will be traitors (hello MI reps). All the Constitutional mechanisms for dealing with a fraudulent Presidential election failed. The corrupt criminal network running the planet had already worked this out.

Reinstatement would not be anything described in the Constitution.

I think something is going on. I think the Jan 6 event, and all the legal efforts by the Trump team were part of it.

I think we are going to win, but it isn't obvious how.

If and when fraud is proven in states conducting the audits, the states will decertify, as the election will then be invalid, and void, a new election will have to be held.

I have two thoughts on the topic is when the election is decertified,

1. biden and harris will be removed. Then the military is in charge in the interim while new elections take place. This will be met with violence from antifa and blm. Causing the Democrats to request help from NATO to help stabilize the "coup" that trump is leading.

2. The election is already decertified by the military and what we are watching is the civilian version of the audit. We are being shown what the military already did after nov 3rd. Biden and harris know they are a sham and that is why they just dont care about anything. All their policies are going to be reversed in 2022, biden and harris wont get anything done after that, and when 2024 comes, they wont ever be heard from again. This in my opinion will lead to the least amount of violence in the streets.

Either way, hold the line, dig your feet in the ground and brace, it is going to be a mother fucker for another year atleast.

I have said this before and I will say it again. It is incumbent upon President Trump to exhaust every legal path possible to show the people the truth.So all the election results and information the Military already has this is just a demonstration for the masses. Only now the President has started the rallies again and the people are polarizing and become an influence. We are all gearing up for the final application for their plan it seems. As they say Trump still hasn't played his cards, we will have to wait see what that is. In the end the military will be the force to remove the powers that be and uphold the oath they take to the Constitution for the people of the US. Then maybe another election which Trump will ace quickly. That might be the card he holds. I think it will be swift as to minimize any upheaval they may occur. The worst possible outcome will be to wait until all 50 states conduct a forensic audit because the Democrat states will drag their feet for decades and we'll never get a fair result.

The second-worst possible outcome is a handful of states complete forensic audits and President Trump is reinstated as our legitimate President, with only a fraction of the Congressional seats and power that he truly should have won. Trump's second term will be hampered by endless impeachment coup attempts and a failure to make lasting change because Democrats will retain 90% of the seats they stole.

The best possible outcome is for the normies to witness the results of a few forensic audits that show massive Democrat election fraud and then the military intervenes because of the evidence of widespread Democrat cheating and declares martial law and conduct their own, military run presidential election.

This plan is long and tedious. It's like slow rolling out a very long red carpet. With each slow roll out there are moves and countermoves. In other words, 'if they do this, then we do that. If they do that, then we do this.' Many options, but we are on the offensive steering them to do this or that for a certain outcome (in the small battles of this war as a whole).

For example; Battles in the War as a whole; We see how they had to get Trump out of office and brought in the fake pandemic to arbitrarily change election laws in the swing states. Then we saw now how they orchestrated the election steal. Next it was a fake insurrection on Jan 6th. They saw an opportunity and coordinated their plans, as far back as October of 2019!

I believe Trump will ultimately be declared the winner of the 2020 election but it will not be a swift process. Neither will it be a particularly complicated process. The solution is in the constitution. It hasn’t been used before because it hasn’t been needed

Audits will continue to expose the fraud and as the evidence builds up, the power of the media to cover up will be diminished. As the economy falters and inflation increases, the mood of the country will worsen. Before the 2022 elections, the country will be aware and aroused. The old guard, both Democrat and Republican will be turned out in that election. Many state legislatures will petition the new congress to withdraw their certification of the 2020 election and the courts will refuse to hear challenges based on jurisdictional grounds.

The new Congress will hold that the previous certification was fraudulent and a true result can not be determined based on the electoral college result. They will then turn to the constitutional remedy of having the President selected by the House of Representatives based on state delegations and the VP will be selected by the Senate. Trump will be elected and serve through the remainder of the term. He will be eligible to seek another four year term if he desires one. Congress will enact legislation ratifying or negating actions taken during Biden’s tenure.

Trump is a wild president who lives outside the house.

It's very hard to predict now. We're seeing an uptick in instability from all angles and meanwhile it seems like things like audits are moving so slowly that they'll never actually be done. Of course, if we were in the middle of a perfectly planned operation that we weren't read into, this would be exactly how we should feel. The other side though is that nothing was going on and communism was rapidly absorbing our power structures it would probably look a lot like this too.

Likely at least one of the above is going on. We need to pray and we need to think about potential outcomes and plan for these scenarios, because either way it goes things will get a bit more unpredictable.

We’re going into uncharted territory. This has never happened before (the fraud being unmasked, not the fraud itself) and the systems designed to stop this from happening are all corrupt. Not even the military can be trusted 100% and I say this as a 16 year veteran.

We’ve been subverted for so long, and so subtly that the rot has spread to the roots. I think if the country were to balkanize, our enemies would gobble us up, but I also don’t think we can go on like this. There are only a handful of people that can pull the strings in favor of the future of the country, and that might be too little, too late.

I am not convinced Trump will be placed in the new government. Why would he want the headaches and fights when he can influence from afar? What we need as our government head is a law abiding person, who follows the Constitution, the rule of law, puts America first, has business acumen and knows politics, seeks equal justice for all, and is a great communicator. Only persons with these qualities need apply.

Many think there should be a second election once the fraud is revealed. I disagree on the 2nd election. Trump won, US Space Force, the Military and DNI report has the fraud/steal data-metadata and NSA has all the cell phone data of these that were involved. Biden forfeits his win and the presidency with fraud in just one state. His presidency and all, ALL those electoral votes he received is all null and void. Not just swing state votes, but all the states he supposedly won, he forfeits. 'FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING' as written in the Constitution. That's why he hot-tailed it to PA yesterday in panic-mode! Will he go to GA, MI, WI, NV and NH as well to make similar speeches? I wouldn't doubt it! Watch what happens next with GA & PA running a race to be 2nd to audit!

The Audits (just one states' audit) will prove US Space Force, Military investigation and DNI report to be accurate regarding the fraud.

Remember this; a lawyer does not ask a question he does not already know the answer too. Same scenario here, Trump already knows the answer to the election fraud/steal. He's just waiting on the audit results so that he is distanced himself from the process. A process that allows The People to actually put into motion these audits and hence reveal the true results of the audits, of which, Trump already knows the answer to. He had to step down from the presidency so that he would not look like a tyrannical political figure.
