I can't reload, but the one I have open is less than 6 minutes, and the video timer is at zero.
I can't load it on either of two browsers I have, either with the name or the numbers.
There must be another way to see if something happens. Now it's at 4 minutes.

There was a guy on youtube doing the STREAM cause I couldn't get on either and went to ZERO and SEEMINGLY nothing happened.
Timers went to zero, but nothing is happening.
I opened the page and left it for 2 days. Its stuck at 28 mins counter for live feed uplink
