We got this also.. a special 'sticker' we can put on our hard hats if we get the vaccine and want to go maskless at customer sites.. So that is the 'official' policy.. and I have seen no stickers on hard hats and no masks on anyone. The vaccinated (people that I know) aren't bothering to get the sticker.. So looks like yet another one of those policies that's there on paper but not practiced.

Went to a job orientation and the rule is if you are vaccinated you dont gotta wear a mask. But they dont ask for proof or at least they havent for us. Some fuckwad in my orientation actually raised his hand to ask “who can we talk to after we get vaccinated”. And my immediate thought was this is the dude that reminded the teacher that the hw was due.
I made one from thin, open-cell black foam covered with fly-screen mesh. Took a while to sew it together and add a springy nose piece (metal strip inside heat shrink tube). Useful for keeping flies out of mouth. It's see-through but you can't tell that when it's on my face.
Of course I wear it only when there's no alternative. Most of the shops are happy if I simply dangle it around my neck.
Depending in what state you're in you might just end up at another company doing the same thing. I likely will have to find remote work or move earlier than planned.

For me it's become, don't work for a really long time, and now we're going to reopen but guess what, YOU GOTTA GET VAXXED!!! If you don't, you pay for PCR tests every three days (possibly every week, I haven't gotten total clarification on that yet).
I'm someone who refuses to get the vax OR the PCR test.
I think I have to go back to America now.. I'm abroad... but how do I travel with no PCR test?
I got a similar email a few months ago from my company HR. Send in vaccine record or an antibody blood test every 90days to not weak a mask. I simply deleted the email and continued to not wear a mask unvaxxed and so far haven't heard a peep. I know I'm not the only one who didn't respond and I finally feel comfortable again at work after a year and half
Other than me-too-ism emulating the overreaching state, I do not see how any private business can possibly think of doing this. Denying basic human rights! Without cause, b/c you are not sick.
They did this at the facility I work at about 2 months ago. At first I was rather annoyed. Then I realized and has been all along its not enforceable. Who is or isn't vaccinated and wearing or not wearing a mask. Unless you self identify. I personally found this as a great opportunity to now wear a pointless mask for a very good cause and reason. So its obvious I am NOT vaccinated. But i also enjoy the ridicilous comments that come with that. Great opportunity when asked such as " you're not vaccinated!", with. YOU are a vaccinated? Im sorry.
I’m in the same boat. My employer implemented this rule back in May. Most of my coworkers have gotten the vaccine, with only a few hold-outs like myself. More ridiculous is the fact that there are some vaccinated coworkers who still wear a face mask. I’m riding this out as long as I can. As long as my company doesn’t make the vaccine mandatory, I will continue to resist. I believe that a large amount of the vaccinated that I work with will come down with some sort of illness this fall and winter. If that occurs I will feel more pity for them than a sense of “I told you so”.
Did I see something about Fauci potentially changing his stance again and suggesting vaccinated people probably still need to wear masks? Maybe send them that and tell them to take a hike with their BS which is clearly catering to nebulous "scientific" opinion.
Also, get a lawyer and now hold them accountable to track and protect against flu, TB, aids, etc.

In the red states, there are plenty of companies not on board with the vaccine crap.
Smaller to mid size companies would be a better bet.

The CDC just said the PCR tests are unreliable. You shouldn't have to pay for something that has been acknowledged as unreliable at testing for covid.
