Twitter displays the time relative to the user's timezone. The two screencaps were taken by two different users in two different timezones.
Unless OP is the one who made the meme, and has the original source's timezones, it could have been up for 58 minutes. Or an hour and 58 minutes, two hours and 58 minutes... and so on.
