There is a difference between dying with Covid, and dying from Covid, but that's not how hospitals report it.
When it come to argument about the variant, all they report is CASES. Ask you mother to look at DEATHS, not Cases.

My best friend had the vax 10 days ago and now is bed bound with COVID. Again she never had it once through whole year. Same with my manager - shortly after the shots he gets the Coof.

Otherwise, since she 'feels' getting the jab is what she should do, it's likely no logic is going to change her mind because 'feels' is emotion, and emotion does not respond to logic. You'll probably just have to allow her the right to make her own choice, the same as you want for yourself.
I don’t know other peoples thresholds for reading a detailed research paper, but if she’s willing to read this, I don’t see how anyone would decide to get the shot after reading this information.
The delta variant is so virulent there will be herd immunity very soon. She can wait a month, hopefully.
Her age range is not most affected unless she has co-morbidities.
Her husband and those around her are vaccinated, or recovered. With herd immunity becoming undeniable. There is no reason for vaccination as only option there are viable and very effective treatments without resorting to vaccination.
Having said this your mother is free to make her own medical decisions. You and she knows what has been shared. Now its time for you to butt out.
Have her get a preventative prescription of Ivermectin and take all the supplements that go with it.....she should be taking them anyway, B, C, D3.
Ask her if she would have surgery by a doctor that had no malpractice insurance.....because if she becomes disabled, or she talks you into it and YOU become disabled....who is gonna support you, provide the necessary income and medical necessities....it sure isn't gonna be the vaccine companies, as they are protected from liability. That ALONE should make her think twice.
One crucial thing to consider which you probably already covered is that this is not in any way a traditional vaccine!! It is totally different and experimental! So many have taken it because they did not know this one fact. We have been conditioned to take vaccines without a thought but this is so different. I hope she finds the courage to say NO.
