And being vaxxed may hinder future employment too. Not all employers are comfortable about hiring [potentially] damaged goods who may shed, or spread covid due to lessened symptoms, miss more work due to needing repeated booster shots every few months, or may otherwise become more vulnerable to other medical conditions.
My company had a meeting about how to provide proof for the clot chot. I said "no test, no shot, I'm not supporting the scamdemic. Fire me if you want, IDGF."
Ended the meeting, and went back to work on my another job. KaChow!!!
If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?
If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.
OSHA suspended the mandatory recording guidelines to decrease administrative costs to businesses (and to ensure more employers jump on board with mandating vaccines) but employers are still required to grant exceptions under the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as comply with religious exemptions.
This is great, I have a friend that her company is pushing the vaxx pretty hard saying they will soon mandate it and she said she may have to look for a new job. She refuses the vaxx and won't wear the mask in her office.
Already seeing it now. Some even quit afterwards because they can't look their employer in the face anymore. Major airlines are constantly cutting thousands of jobs and still mandating vaccines. Makes no senses whatsoever. Unless they are sick of the job cut headlines and want people to just quit or be fired without the blow back.
It only guarantees perpetual fear-enforced servitude.
The vaccine only ensures you die faster.
Vaccines only ensure the fearful and stupid die faster
Yes exactly

Can we flip the script on them? If you're vaxxed, you can't work here.
Oh, you're vaxxed? No, you can't baby sit my child.
Oh, you're vaxxed? No, you can't work at my restaurant.
Things are going to get crazy with donated blood...
In a sane society this would be the way, but we all know the government only allows one way discrimination .
A beauty salon in Scotland openly advertises that they won't serve vaccinated people.
And would they hold your position, make accommodations should you have permanent reactions.
No, they'd say you were faking it and pull your insurance.

This reminds me of the lady who donated a kidney to her boss. The boss then fired the lady for taking too long to recover from the surgery.
Wow. Viciously callous
That's why you unionize
Excellent point.
This is where it's nice to work for independent company because they will feel the pain more if they try to do this than the big public conglomerates
All jobs are temporary
If a company mandates the jab are they responsible for adverse reactions through osha?

this is good! class actions are pretty effective.
I heard they walked this back recently.
Yes and no.

I saved this. Thank you.

Yeah or at the last minute they cave on the mandate which is what I heard will happen with our organization.
Specially if you dead
Amen- because “offshoring “ is getting stronger and stronger— beware
Or sooner
Plus you can’t work dead
Though you’ll likely vote
Or fired as a health insurance liability HAHAHAAAA. Ha.
