Would love to get a discussion going on all the new healthy habits people have picked up after discovering almost every big corporation out there is trying to kill us. Apparently the average testosterone level in men was around 2400 ng/dL during WWII, it is now closer to 240 ng/dL. Stop smoking weed and squat daily, it's good for them man juices :)

I've been on that train for over a decade. My advice is start in steps that are manageable for you based on your starting level. Me personally, I don't get vaccines ever, I don't go to medical doctors (haven't needed to), I get yearly blood tests direct from the lab to monitor my health, I monitor my own blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen and heart rate. I never eat gmo's. I grow as much food as I can. I do not ever eat outside of my house or eat anything processed - everything is made from scratch by ME, always. No plastic water bottles, get a berkey filtration system with the fluoride filter attached. Even gardening must be organic, leave the bugs alone they will take care of themselves, that's why predator bugs exist. Way too many tips to list but feel free to ask questions. BTW I became this way because I am a case of someone who was plagued with serious health issues since childhood and I experienced abuse and negligence from the medical industry. In a last ditch effort to save my own life I dumped my doctors and looked for holistic health practitioners. My recovery was nothing short of miraculous and I was so inspired I went to school for it myself so that I could be my own "health expert" (I'm certified in holistic health since 2014) and my family and extended family members have jumped on this ride with me and all of us have never been healthier!!
One healthy thing is, I don't have any social media accounts (other than this) and I get outside daily. I don't wear a mask and I go to parks. This has done wonders for my mood. Also, after work and on weekends no technology allowed whatsoever ever, especially when you feel bored, like I a car ride or on a plane. Let yourself be bored, or use the opportunity to contemplate

During WW11 the closest guys got to porn was a dirty postcard and their imagination. Now it's on video 24/7 with ever-increasing levels of depravation. That has been proven to destroy libido and probably testosterone.
1 month, 3 things in your diet: beef, salt, water. after the month, switch to a meat diet, you could include cheese and occasional seltzer / hard seltzers. also, working out, doesnt have to be extreme.
sugar and carbs are your enemies, and fruits and vegetables are next on the list of enemies. sounds crazy, and i have long enjoyed many things im giving up on, i liked veggies, i liked fruits, make the switch for your health, and soon, foods on the do not eat list will stop looking appealing, you will no longer desire them.
There are probably better tips out there but I found buying precious metals and various preparations such as long life food provide a nice sense of calm.

I believe the Covid "vaccines" will help increase the average testosterone level. In the near future, the Tens of Millions of severely liberal "men" who took the vax begin having severe health problems, blood clots, heart attacks, neurological problems, etc... and don't survive... then those of us non-vaxed will be left. :>)
The average testosterone level will go UP by process of elimination.
think about what our sperm will be worth..
I stopped eating at healthy local restaurants that require masks and vaccines and started going through the McDonald's drive through because they don't give a fuck.
feelsbadman.
I remember reading broccoli was a good source of testosterone, and cauliflower was good at purging estrogen.
I'd need a fact check on those tho.
Best thing I did was wake up at the same time every day. I wake up naturally between 7-8am. I haven't set an alarm for years. I think the key is to go to bed, and wake up at the same time every day.
Worst thing I decided to do, was drink coffee, now I'm addicted.

I have avoided all doctors for two years so far. I avoid TV, too. I take vitamin D3, K2, magnesium, zinc, Lysine and trace amounts of boracic acid. Food here on our Greek island is mostly healthy if you avoid chips and bread.
