They say the same thing about the Harris County, Texas (Houston area) hospitals. I have been working around the main hospital district for weeks now, and drive by four different hospital emergency entrances several times a day.
There is ZERO increase in traffic, nobody waiting outside to get in, no crowds and no unusual activity. In fact, the emergency rooms seems to be pretty vacant during the daytime. Any "news" that the hospitals are being over-run is garbage.
I live in Texas as well. This is all bullshit. You can go to the Texas Medical Center website and see that the icu is running at 80% (well below precovid) and that covid patients make up only a fraction of the bed usage. Note: whenever there is a fear-mongering story in Texas it refers to "Staffed" beds...not available beds. Stop firing nurses and the problem is solved!
Problem with talking about foot traffic and empty parking lots is nobody but patients are allowed there. My grandpa got to the clinic like an hour early due to ride complications and they made him wait outside. So you'll never see huge crowds of anything near the hospitals. It's still overblown and fake news like you said but I'm always skeptical when people try to claim that is true due to what your eyes are telling you without taking into consideration the changes in protocol these places have implemented. Most of the fuckery is around staffed beds due to them firing unnecessary employees since nobody was going anywhere or doing anything for a year and therefore not getting hurt.
Have a friend who works in a hospital administration roll and says there is no influx of patients being admitted in spite of what the local and national news is telling us. Also, every day since school started and the mask mandates was lifted for students, the news is telling us there is an incredible spike in cases for students. All BS. To scare us.
Now this I'm curious about for Texas. It took about 11 hours in triage for me to see a doc and get my broken shit x rayed before covid. The thing is they told the nurses they thought it was a sprain so I'm pretty sure that's a huge variable that put me to the back of the line. Guess it shows what a max wait time would have been for my area in those days tho.
Florida s reporting a 66% fully vaccinated overall and close to 90% vaccination rate in the target group that has the highest death rate from COVID, those over 65 years of age. I think you are spot on with your assessment - or - the vaccines don;t work - it's either one or the other.
'hospitals are too full, doctors and nurses cant cope!' is one of those strategies trying to force people to suspend judgement and reason and rush to vaccines. And its always been a lie, from the very start of this thing to now. The mercy hospital ship was demanded, thinking they could blame trump somehow.. and then went unused. In the UK so many hysterical claims of exhausted nurses and hospitals teetering on the brink of meltdown.. when they were empty.
And what happened to a woman who filmed the empty building to cut through the lies? She was arrested.
Weel ago I was in Oregon at an auto shop. Lesbian chick said she just went down to florida, and her dad squabbrd about "its the biggest ourbreak area.. low staffed... squak squak.
She said she drove tk the hospitals and there were mostly empty!
When LESBIANs in OREGON start waking up you know we are on the precipice of change.
Alright, I've learned my lesson. I say I don't believe anything from MSM, but I still fall for it from time to time. I'm done. Not even going to react anymore.
NPR had a pastor on who was previously anti-vaccine but then he got COVID and now he sees the light... so now that he’s recovered from COVID, he plans on getting the vaccine.
NPR cant he troubled to interview any of the people who have had a bad reaction to the vaccine.
My friend that is vaxed, won't go to businesses that require a vax. She waved her card and said this is my personal medical info and you aren't going to see it. We went somewhere else we found that walking in was a shock. Everyone was taking their masks off after they entered, the staff was not wearing any and it looked like before covid.
I overheard a conversation between two libtard types who probably think of themselves as elitists of some sort. One guy was saying that Covid is "really bad in Florida." I just thought here is someone who probably reads the NYT and watches CNN, and thinks he is informed. Doesn't realize he is brainwashed.

100% with fake actors trying to sell the narrative.
Funny, ER wait times in FL wouldn't indicate a problem...

Just do a Google search of any number followed by "new cases" and see what happens
