Appear weak when you are strong. I think you have this "delay" figured out. Why release it now while the MSM is busy covering how badly Joe screwed up Afghanistan? Say it will be released, let them make their distraction - then release the report when the DS is unprepared to clog up the news cycle.

More like Jovan is in it for Jovan. But what Jovan said in a GWP article is his report would be done by Friday. He went onto say there were multiple reports and they would not all be completed by Friday.
Jovan does have a way of stealing the show which might annoy other people who crave attention. Could be as simple as that.

I’ve known people who have had Covid-19.
It was a rather shitty flu, and they were too sick to work for 2 or 3 days. The rest was the ‘quarantine period’ where they enjoyed free days off.
If I were instrumental in the recovery of a nation, I’d simply work from home as soon as I am able to get out of bed. Clearly, these “cyber ninjas” don’t take their job very seriously, or we are all being purposefully lied to.
I've had covid too, and like you said, it was 1-2 days of feeling achy and tired. I still could have went to work and fulfilled my job responsibilities, especially working in front of a computer at home.
Windows is the only operating system that consistently gets harder and harder to use.
