Here we go. My unvaxxed fiancé works for a well known company as a Purchaser. They wont let him travel anymore or go to any vital meetings because he is a "liability". Even if he pays for the travel himself and wears a mask (which he detests but has agreed to do in an effort to do his job well), they still wont allow him to attend. He is the only one in his department of 19 that isn't vaccinated. NOW they have scheduled a meeting with him to discuss his "vaccine hesitancy". He is livid but knows enough to not quit. I am lucky enough to be a subcontractor who works from home so my income will not be effected. But we need his too. He will never get vaccinated. I wish I could help soothe him in some way, he is so agitated this morning about all this crap. Tonight we are going to start printing out materials to study so he is prepared for his upcoming coercion meeting. I hate this shit.

They are going to attempt to get him to agree. Will probably have the vax in the room with them. They will come with a carrot and a stick.
His prep is meaningless. They don't care about his reasons or how well-thought out they are.
He will be fired.
There will be some adjustment, but you will be okay on 1 income for the time being.
Stress and anger can affect your health. Give yourself 5 minutes a day to vent, and then move on to planning a hopeful future.
Let lawyers deal with the wrongful termination case. That's what they get paid for.
He won't be jab slabbed, and that's the important thing.

I'm trying to think how this meeting could be anything other than a very cynical and manipulative attempt by managers to crush will to resist and force compliance.. and drawing a blank, based on my experience with companies and the very circle-of-yes-men structure of the upper echelons.
So I fear you are entirely right about this rather bleak set of predictions. In similar one-on-one meetings I have had with CEO level people, in private they concur with my beliefs and feelings on the issue.. but will never let on to the board, other execs etc of any reluctance since it would mean their head on the chopping block as well.. and they have even more financial incentives to tow the company line. At least until people start dropping dead at their desks.
So be it and let the cards fall where they may. Health has to come first, no-one who drops dead of the vaxx or gets maimed or crippled will be able to work either.. and given the choice, being out of work and healthy is my vastly preferable choice.

I know it is difficult but please don't be afraid about losing his income if they illegally fire him, there are other jobs and there are more jobs than available workers right now so he can get something else even if it's not his ideal position.

As others have said, don't waste your time prepping answers, they're not interested in why you don't wish to take the vaccine, they're only interested in getting you to comply so they can market their 100% staff vaccination status. Refuse to discuss any PERSONAL MEDICAL decisions with them. Simply make a record of what is said, either digitally or via a notepad. Take your time writing... slow them down to your speed. Take everyone's name, who exactly says what. Stay calm. Consider taking friendly witness to the meeting with you, even just for support... even better if they have a legal background.
Regardless of what happens, you're in a major transitional time of your life (upcoming wedding - congrats btw), just try to remember that no matter what life throws at you, God will never give you more than you can handle. Whether it's with his current job or not... You guys got this!

If you want to soothe him let him know you appreciate him and respect his stance and decisions. Let him know you trust him and love him. If he is your fiance then encourage him by telling him this is part of what makes you confident in marrying him. He may already know this and you may already say it every day, still say it and let him know you will say it as often as he needs to hear it.

I take total deaths and divide by total cases and usually get a figure around 1.7% that is the chance of death if COVID is contracted and it is a count of all time. the total cases include reinfection as well and is only 10% of the United states population.
So I then bring them to the conclusion that I have a 1.6% of a 10% chance of contracting COVID with a result of death. This does not warrant experimental medicine to be injected in me.
I then usually "back up" to this is a decision each should make according to their own convictions.
Everything else spirals around this discussion. Anything said about, but "why take the chance?" I then respond with I am either taking a chance with an experimental gene therapy developed using aborted fetal cells or with getting a viral infection. My conscience is clear in one of these and the other even if effective still troubles me.

On a real note .... when did people begin to feel they had authority to tell other people how to conduct their medical affairs? This is so outrageous if you just take one step back and look at this reasonably.
This is exactly what the medical tyrannist want. To be able to use the possibility of income loss, or QOL changes in order lean on you until submission. Your fiance should try to find others in his company that are also endanger of being affected by the policy change and unionize. Many feel they are alone or that even with two people, it won't make a difference. I'm sure there are many more under the gun. Get together, then contact a law firm that will fight for you. In the mean time, explore a plan c or d scenario that sees him no longer at that pozzed company. Can his talents and expertise allow him to work from home and be either an independent contractor or consultant? There will be a loss of income until he really gains his stride but it beats getting the jab and end up with myocarditis or worse....

Bring anyone in a suit and tell them that they are your lawyer, and will be taking notes silently. Said friend can just do a crossword puzzle, just make sure they look up every once in a while and makes eye contact with your bosses.
