Something my Father-in-law found...
Impossible Foods, co-founded by Google, Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, has taken its product, a totally fake plant based hamburger, internationally, setting its sights on countries such as Australia and New Zealand, as well as Europe and Asia. I was not aware of the ownership structure of this compnay, this is on a par with the Vaxx, but much more subtle.
For instance, the Impossible Burger is made with soy leghemoglobin (heme), a color additive produced in a genetically engineered yeast. The ingredient, used to make the burger appear to “bleed” like real meat, never underwent adequate safety testing, according to the Center for Food Safety (CFS).
Last year, CFS challenged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of soy leghemoglobin. CFS claimed that because the ingredient is “new to the human diet, and substantial quantities are added to the Impossible Burger, the FDA should have required extensive safety testing before approving its use as a color additive, as required by law.”
CFS said in its lawsuit that soy leghemoglobin is made using “genetic engineering on steroids,” a process they say has “virtually no regulatory oversight.” Animal studies commissioned by Impossible Foods found soy leghemoglobin caused inflammation or kidney disease and possible signs of anemia.
But Impossible Foods dismissed the findings as “non-adverse” or as having “no toxicological relevance.” Despite the legal challenges, a federal appeals court in May upheld the FDA’s approval of soy leghemoglobin.
The Impossible Burger is now in grocery stores and restaurants nationwide. It is also expected to hit schools K-12 after Impossible Foods secured Child Nutrition Labels, a voluntary food-crediting statement authorized by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
One may conclude that Gates, Google and Bezos are wealthy enough to be able to claim that what they promote is so useful to their customers that it does not require testing and approval. One could ponder the question whether or not the FDA, USDA, CDC, HHS are merely divisions of the Gates cabal. One might also assume that a food that lacks nutritional value, attacks the kidneys and shows signs of causing anemia would be a valuable adjunct to the Vaxx and enhance its lethality.
On that note, you are a fool if you consume any frankenfoods. Stay the fuck away from soy. And beef is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. There is nothing natural about fake meat.
We eat vegan for religious reasons in the Coptic Church and for myself personally it's much more tolorable than meat (it doesn't sit well with my digestive system) but this is my issue why eat fake meats when we have things like black bean burgers or in general beans especially fool beans they are very filling. So many natural alternatives to eat if you wish to be vegan there's no reason except laziness to eat these kinds of processed foods.
The Arabic dish "foul" made from fava beans is utterly delicious. Most fava beans are grown in California then exported to the Arab/Mediterranean world. Americans don't eat them much because, like corn, the husks are indigestible and make for ugliness in the toilet bowl (sorry, truth). Try finding them in your average food store...nada. You can find them in an Arabic or Med oriented food store tho. I have several recipes and prefer the Egyptian version known as "galaba"...which adds tomato paste. The Sudanese version is also awesome as it adds hard boiled eggs. Arabs eat it usually at Breakfast scooping it with torn bread.
Mmmmmmm … the beans are usually soaked / sprouted yes? To get rid of the phytic acid for easier consumption?
I knew I could lure you-in with the zesty aromas from my kitchen! 😂 Seriously tho, I’ve never seen them dried? Always canned and my favorite foul medammes/fava beans brand are from California Garden.

Yup, it's so delicious though. I buy mine at a Paki/Indian store I can't find them anywhere else, when I did find them at Publix I bought out all they had.
To digest proteins more fully and to process the nutrients more completely eat pineapple and drink pineapple juice. They contain Bromelain which is an enzyme that breaks down proteins more completely. I always follow a steak or pot roast or chicken or rib dinner with pineapple. I get even more bromelain in the quercetin supplements I take. Havent pooped this good in 20 years.
I love everything pineapple. Unfortunately I can trace nearly every canker sore I've ever had to a recent pineapple splurge. It's just not my fruit, apparently.
Papaya contains bromelain as well.
Figure out what your ancestors ate and eat those foods. The expression of your genes is determined by the food you eat and is passed down the generations. Eat traditional, and eat local.
yes there are very unhealthy vegan diets and more natural organic vegan diets that are much more healthy. Fake vegan frankenfoods that are promoted as healthy are intolerable.
Coptic church? … a rare find fren! I have lots of questions for you (if you’re open to it of course, no obligation!). Mind if I dm you?
Sure I don't mind!
So hard to find any foods without soy in it.
So annoying.
I try my best, and I try not to buy the crappiest of crap for food, but soy is literally in almost everything now.
I know. I can't eat soy, corn or wheat, among a few other foods. I don't eat anything processed so it's not an issue for me, but if you buy food with an ingredients list, 90% will have soy in them.
What do you eat? How do you survive?
I'm half serious. When I say I try to eat decently, I mean I do. Above average from what most people seem to eat, but a bit below the organic greens, grain fed chickens and their eggs, and grass fed beef people.
I just eat whole veggies and meats. Barely any fruits because I've always had unstable blood sugar and can't tolerate much. I make a ton of bone broth and use it for soup and cooking, lots of simple salads, sautéed or baked veggies with meat. I eat a very very simple diet. Paleo/Keto/Wholefood (no grains or legumes or starchy veg) and lots of it garden grown. I try to stick with organic, i never buy anything gmo, and i stick with grassfed beef. I buy single spices, never blends, and I cook absolutely everything from scratch with no processed ingredients added. I never eat out, no restaurants, I have celiac disease so I would never trust anyone to make my food but me. Plus people are gross and I don't like anyone handling my food. I am a total freak. Used to annoy my extended family, but now they are becoming more like me. Hell one went right past me and has been strait carnivore for a year!
