If a business has the right to mandate a jab, where does it end? Can they mandate any medical procedure? If you get cancer and decline chemotherapy, can they nevertheless mandate it? All employees diagnosed with cancer MUST take chemotherapy as a condition of employment?
If they decide the world is over populated can they mandate vasectomies? Think that's absurd? Ever heard of 2 child policies by some governments? How far is it from "the government thinks we should have fewer children" to "vasectomy mandates for the common good"?
Yep, or "if you want Medicaid, you have to be sterilized, we have too many people", says the government.
Funny enough, there was a sci-fi book about that from I think the 80s I read a long ass time ago...
wish I could remember the title, it was really interesting...
They DON'T have the right. They may pretend they do but they don't and people really, really, really, need to wake up to that fact.
What if they decide the world is overpopulated, and will mandate abortions for employees that get pregnant. Yes of course that would happen if we continue on this path of insanity!!!
Eventually, they'll want your kidneys...or any organ...
This dude is a boss. Awesome to listen to...the bulldog show.
Good work Deters. Shove it up their ass and break it off. Edit to add: only one of the local news outlets covers this suit (fox19.com). The NBC, CBS, and ABC affiliates either wont touch it or buried it deep in their websites.
Some people are hopeful to get Deters to run against Yost. We have a solid challenger for LaRose in John Adams.
Moar of this. Keep 'em coming.
This is worth following closely - if this pans out, hospitals around the country will fall like dominoes. There's no way they'll risk mandating the jab if it means it's going to hit their pocketbook HARD. Attorneys should be drooling at the thought of this opportunity.
Where I'm from. A complete shit show.
I’m from around here too and I kind of wish Deters’s name wasn’t attached to it (too many people hate him). He is a bit of a loose cannon. Maybe loose cannon is what is needed at this juncture.
Having said that, because my mistrust of media has grown exponentially in the past couple of years, I now wonder how much he has been mischaracterized to make him look bad.
In all the happenings we have seen, I'm glad to see a lawyer finally go after the bullshit. About time. He's got the balls to do it, but like you said his reputation may hurt rather than help. I'm all for a Bulldog approach though.
Hell yes! This is what I've been waiting to see. I knew it was only a matter of time till the lawsuits start and it's going to be massive.
It's good that this is happening, aside from the obvious, as more of these suits are filed and media reports on it, the more info will be exposed regarding the detrimental effects of the vaxx, as well as people's obvious right to deny.
The good thing is we can still sue companies who mandate, even if we cannot sue the corrupt politicians or big pharma. So MOAR.
A warrior we need.

Well all right! Way to go Cincy.
When will people realize that lawsuits are worthless at this point? People can only be truly controlled if that want to be. The people that perpetuate Covid and the jab want to because they like it. It lets them live the life they always wanted to live and don’t care how it effects the rest of us. They love the subscription service and will always pay for it. It’s why companies like EA kept it in the games for so long because people buy it. This is not the battle that people think it is. We need to focus on building our own communities away from the sheep.
