Question. I am taking Quercentin ZINC: 2 caps a day ( cant take at night due to RLS) recommends 2 morn , 2 night. should I also take additional zinc and vit D since I half to cut dose? Below is the supplement facts on 2 capsules. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. (media.greatawakening.win)

Yes I'm due for my checkup, but I know he is going to push the Vax again. I got him to leave me alone a few months ago... so I have been avoiding setting up the appointment. Thanks

Fren it's quite hard to take too much Vit D currently I'm taking about 20,000 IU twice a day, with a large Vit C 1000mg Liposomal daily as well as Vit B liposomal and zinc. I don't think you will do any harm upping the dosage a bit.

The absorbtion is a problem wihich is why I use the liposomal Vit C and D it's better absorbed than tablets, but hey I'm not a Dr.

You people do realise covid stands for certificate of vaccination identity document ? That covid is a string of computer coding? Not anything? Viruses exist in the body inert..no digestive system cannot exist outside the body ..that's it a scam? That all viruses are scams like ebola aids etc? Watch video online brandnew tube why you can't catch a virus ..or the Bernician the deception of virology. There is no reason to be taking massive doses of anything. Vitamins d3 and K2 and some bit c at times is all you need in the winter when sun not providing vitamin d etc

To me it looks like it's fine on the quercetin but light on the zinc. Also, zinc is supposed to have a little copper with it for optimal effect so I would suggest looking for a zinc with copper next time you order. And Vitamin D should be accompanied by K2 for maximum benefit.

Yes, I am aways low on vit D naturally and am prescribed vit d by my doctor for years .

if you stay below 90-100 ng/ml (blood test) you'd be ok. not really toxic unless you sustain over 100ng/ml.

30ng/ml is the cutoff for deficiency. there seems to be little record of serious or bad covid outcomes for people with D at 40+ ng/ml. D is only one part of the immune story but it suggests 40 ng/ml is optimal.

Yeah, if you take 60000 IU A DAY FOR MONTHS. come the fuk on. If u have to be told NOT to take 12 5000iu D3 pills a day for several months on end ... you are shallow in the gene pool. This is where I say the unpopular, unchristian thing and say ...

I will link it every so often when I see people asking about vitamins and it's very helpful to me I actually have it set up so that my daughter and myself can take them I wrote the amount in paper and taped it on the lid of a container and I stuck the bottles inside the container makes it easier that way if anyone in the household wants to take them they are available

Yeah I already have those and the stuff they'll be posted was really expensive I just ordered some more quercetin.

And picked up some more Beano quercetin makes one a bit tooth.lol.

You are taking too much.

You should take once a week / two weeks and only increase dose if you develop symptoms. Zinc has a long half life.

The important thing is the zinc. Before everything. I take one lot at 8 and another at 3 so as to not disrupt my sleep. Vit D morning only. Quercetin, Vit C, Magnesium. I forget if it's mg or g but 20 of zinc and 500 of quercetin, 2x a day.

Everyone taking things that are good for your immune system. Please don’t overdo it. Especially things like D if you already get enough sun. You can take too much and develop autoimmune disease.
