They would announce the winners and I told our GC - isnt this a ADA/HIPPA violation? I now know medical history of my co-workers without their consent and she agreed and they stop announcing the winners and now people think its a 'scam' because they arent announcing winners so people arent signing up as fast.
OP, they're doing this to try to find out who is and isn't vaccinated in what they think is a more, "legal" method and without directly addressing the issue. Start searching for a new job, as your current one doesn't sound very long lasting.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but was that not an optional task? Why volunteer HIPPA protected information (or have they done something to exclude the gene therapy from HIPPA?)?
Take careful notes and document everything. Then when they come around and say the vaxes are mandatory and try to fire you, you'll have something to show the lawyers.
When the whole thing is over their managers can be acussed of using the company funding to advance the political agenda and harm their employees so the company too.

They don't bribe you to take a tetanus shot. They don't bribe you to take the annual flu shot. They don't bribe you to take any other vaccine.

Sounds like medical discrimination
Sounds like it's time for a discrimination lawsuit to me.
You can, "call" an employee a contracted worker but that doesn't mean it'll hold up in court.
Why would they do this? They must be promised grant money or some financial incentive for getting a certain % of the company jabbed.
Or they are just straight up part of the cabal.
