I work for a large city that tried to implement it. Very leftist leadership and culture. They had to switch gears from non vaccinated being “terminated” to “reasonably accommodated” in 5 days. I spoke to the union and they figured 1/3 weren’t vaccinated. Going into it it appears management and everyone (including me) thought that 95%+ had received it and that they were dealing with a few stragglers. The lesson is stand your ground and be heard so that they know.
I was given "the talk" by my boss and told an announcement from corporate was coming that day. Well after that conversation where he looked nervous afterwards that announcement has yet to come, him and the other managers probably had a lot more "talk to my doctor, sounds more like I should talk to my lawyer" responses than they had expected.
With roughly 45 million unable to get the vaccine due to cancer remission, MS or other autoimmune disorders, their demands are impossible. The war is meant to be continuous. Stand your ground.
And roughly 10-12% of the population are too young for vaccines. So of the 80 million not vaccinated there are 50 million or so eligible for vaccination.

There’s an endless reserve pool of billions of mammals that we’ll never be able to vaccinate, like primates, bats and other animals with lungs that can catch the coof. Even if 100% of the human race is vaccinated, there will still be endless amount of animals that can get the virus, mutate it and spread a new version to us.
This is one of the reasons why they’ve never come up with a working flu-vaccine.
