I already think the websites numbers are inflated. Even DS central DC is not 75% fully vaccinated.
Note that they also say "one shot or more" rather than "fully vaccinated" to hide the fact that about 10% of the population took the Pfizer/Moderna one shot and never got the second one. That 10% of the population basically hasn't changed despite the vaccination rates dropping off dramatically.
