Re-reading this one certainly could take the WITCH HUNT part of this literally. Perhaps we should.
Couldn't have been him, he was at a Pizza Express at the time. Not sweating. Absolutely not sweating.
I don't understand why these people get served papers and get sued. They should be locked up awaiting trial. I will never understand how stupid the whole damn system is.
There is no statute of limitations in England. A crime is a crime and can reported however. But how do you get a royal into criminal court? There are so many layers to prevent this its obscene.
But not so much for a personal lawsuit.
Like an astute pede said: somebody accepted those papers on behalf of the prince (and they are probably hiding for their lives right now). Once served, the trial can begin. Get them into court. Win the case. With public opinion on your side and the evidence provided after the lawsuit, bring criminal charges.
and whoever it was that accepted them is probably in a world of shit....lol
Running for their lives.
Unless it was his mum.....
Admittedly, I don't know jack-shit about process serving... But, is "it was left with a police officer at the gate" a valid serving? Can't Andrew just say that he never authorized anyone to receive legal documents on his behalf, and he was never given the docs by whoever that police officer at the gate was?
I'm sure they'd hope it was conveniently lost or misplaced. I have no idea their protocol.
The Deep State Is Trying To Deflect From All The Voter Fraud And Biden's incompetence.
Hopefully he will remember how to sweat again.
If he suicides himself we know it’s true.
The Queen is the only royal who can’t be touched by the police because she has Sovereign Immunity and literally can do no wrong because of that.
But the likes of Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton can be arrested for some things.
According to the legal encyclopedia, Halbury’s Laws of England, members of the Royal Household cannot be arrested in civil proceedings.
And if they ever did something worthy of arrest, they can’t be arrested in the presence of the monarch – so they could literally avoid being cuffed by the police if they never leave the Queen’s side.
The rule also takes the various royal residences into account as well, meaning the likes of Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace are off limits for police.

Hey do you think that is ballistic glass in that rover Andy boy is pictured in?
And does he ever travel in a motorcade with serious security?
Just asking because someone once told me "they will not be able to walk the streets".....
