Hogan. My LAST residence was Maryland, just shy of a decade there. Hated it.
Went thru MD once....that was enough. Traffic was awful.
Newell was supposed to be on the bench until 2033, so it seems he took out the trash (himself) before he did too much, at least in this position. I haven't found anything substantial about his rulings as yet; he might have been an okay judge.
