I spent 8 hours in the ER with my daughter who had a scary reaction to the first dose of the Pfizer shot. She is REQUIRED to get it to keep her job as a pharmacy tech for a large health system even though she does not interface with patients. After 5 hours in a way too crowded waiting room full of sick people, she was finally given a bed in a hallway with a makeshift curtain. An hour later, when a doctor finally came in, he could barely listen to her concerns before dismissing her symptoms as being related to the vaccine. Over the next 2 hours, they did a CT scan and an EKG which they said showed nothing, although a few days later, when she read the notes, inflammation and fluid build up of the lining of her heart was noted. I mean, we can no longer trust the medical community to first do no harm. It was a very eye opening experience.
That's malpractice - incorrect interpretation of data and / or giving the patient incorrect diagnostic test result.
You definitely should sue and you'll win. At the very least this will go on that evil ER doc's record. File a complaint with the medical board - it will go on his permanent record.
They have liability protection, encoded in law, as long as they follow the protocol. A law that says no state or federal judge can challenge. If you do file a case, a three judge panel in DC will adjudicate.
"No court of the United States, or of any State, shall have subject matter jurisdiction to review, whether by mandamus or otherwise, any action by the Secretary under this subsection.
Check the definitions of "United States" and "State" in that law. I'll bet you dollars to donuts it only applies to DC and the federal territories. Just like the Internal Revenue Code.

(1) State
The term “State” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
(2) United States
The term “United States” when used in a geographical sense includes the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
26 USC 4612 (a)(4)(A) United States
In general
The term “United States” means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, any possession of the United States, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.
Under the false "justice" system, they may have liability protection. Under our rightful common law, they have none. That's just ONE reason why we must take back our grand and petit juries and restore our common law.
Medical schools and schooling in general have been primed to create a specific type of person that can only regurgitate things from memory and not actually think or problem solve. Sprinkle in some corruption and you have what we're witnessing today.
How many of you have doctors that even have an AMERICAN name? Most in the hospitals anymore all seem to be "foreign" and English is not their 1st language. At least this has been my experience that last several I've been in the hospital or visited family/friends in the hospital.
Pharmacists serve an important function, dispensing medications, being more familiar with side effects and interactions with other medications than doctors can be. We need to uncorrupt the system and let pharmacists return to having knowledge of natural and herbal remedies and whatever helpful pharmaceutical medications that can survive the purge.
So she ruined her health for the rest of her life (which will probably be much shorter now) and most likely jeopardized her fertility for her job as a pharmacy tech?
She must REALLY love her job, or must make insane amounts of money to justify that choice.
Thanks for your really compassionate response. We know a hundred people who got this shot without a single side effect. This was not an easy decision for her. She knows about drugs and side effects. When she signed her consent form, she noted that she signed it under duress, threat and coercion. She's not getting the second dose and is hoping for a medical exemption. But her system has been denying exemptions, so it's not a sure thing. I don't know why we collectively are not more angry with our health systems for forcing an experimental drug on employees to solve a problem that doesn't need solving. Especially when effective treatment exists. It doesn't help at all to disparage young people who feel like they're against a brick wall with no advocates.
It isn't the truth? This is war and every time people comply, we lose more and more ground.....and people. This isn't just "poor me", "poor you".....they are trying outright to kill us all. There is ample information "out there". Even if people appear to be unharmed by any of those injections, EVERY vaccine or jab harms and it looks to be pretty promising for near future consequences.
It's nothing more than the truth. Go back and read through the conversations and see what others are saying about people getting the clot shot. Compared to what others are saying my comment was almost polite. I didn't call her retarded and say she deserves whatever horrible side effects she gets.
It's stuff like this that makes people believe all we're doing is LARPing. People all but dance in the streets imagining lefties dropping dead or being sterilized but whenever it's someone THEY care about, suddenly it's "Oh, I'm sure they got a placebo and not the real thing, so they'll be just fine!" You either believe the vax is deadly, or you don't. You can't just pull a magic Get Out of Jail Free card every time someone you know and care about gets jabbed. That's not how things work in the real world.
This isn't a LARP for me. My beliefs on the vax don't change according to who gets it. My response would have been exactly the same if some lefty parent had come here upset that their child got the clot shot because they were mildly inconvenienced. There are plenty of other jobs out there and plenty of opportunities for hard workers to take.

....which is owned by the cabal.

is that why graduates from medical school are " hooded " at graduation ?

Pharmacist. Sorry but that's a job that needs to go away along with millions of shitty drugs.
I'm not defending pharmacists, believe me, but they have been just as threatened and coerced as doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals.

We need to uncorrupt the system and let pharmacists return to having knowledge of natural and herbal remedies and whatever helpful pharmaceutical medications that can survive the purge.
In my personal experience, compound pharmacists are more based and trustworthy for some reason. Maybe bc they think outside the box.

Please read the comment I just wrote in response to scorpiowarrior.
That's a rather snide remark to make regarding a person's health.
