I can't find anything about a lawsuit against Guliani being dismissed. Before the video was removed, it was said the lawsuit was brought by a voter who was suing him (they didn't say why). I think people are assuming that the lawsuit they're talking about is the one from Dominion, but that didn't seem to be the case based on what they said in the video.
I think they got some false information, and then deleted the video when they found out it wasn't true.
But if anyone can find info about it, please let me know.
