Funnily enough, the IRS DOES tax stolen and/or laundered income.
"Income from illegal activities, such as money from dealing illegal drugs, must be included in your income on Form 1040, line 21, or on Schedule C or Schedule C-EZ (Form 1040) if from your self-employment activity."
People who suspect they're about to be audited and/or arrested and who have made money illegally (such as embezzlement) will sometimes list illegal income to not add on more prison time for tax evasion if they're found guilty.
Remember that Al Capone didn't get put in prison for selling booze during Prohibition or ordering his goons to kill people and such. It was for not paying tax on the money he earned illegally.

I think the IRS are agents of the Fed. Agents of the Fed are immune to prosecution from the U.S. unless the Fed, or more specifically the Bank of International Settlements allows those agents to be prosecuted (and only in civil court). They have immunity to laws.
I am not 100% sure that IRS agents fall under that category. I'll figure that out when I finish that part of my report.
The IRS is not a "government agency" in the way we think of the term. At most they are an Agent (hired subcontractor) for the Treasury Dept. They are not themselves government employees, and thus not subject to an FOIA. There are numerous requests for FOIA from the IRS, but they never "allow" them, or if they do they are on meaningless crap. It keeps up the illusion of legitimate government agency, while being completely not.
Lol you'd be surprised how cheap their services can be sometimes. It's as insulting as the corruption itself. They're often corrupted for a few thousand dollars.
Holding them to their own rules, this crime is worse than any other! Worse than treason. Worse than sexual harassment. This is worth the scorn of a thousand short haired lesbians daily and for years. Then he should be jailed and impeached while in jail.
Only that much?
That they know of think of the 50 years he’s been in politics please it’s in the millions...
Exactly.
I don't think they tax stolen or laundered income.

What's the tax on 10% of $6M from China bribes, or a few million from Ukraine bribes? How about the late charges on bribes going back 60 years?
I think the IRS should investigate this guy!
They can't do worse than the DOJ is doing. Plus, the IRS has real power to arrest people. The FBI can apparently only arrest their own agents.
I've always wondered....do any IRS employees ever get audited?

It's a wonderful fuckery.
Don’t forget most of the 3 letter agencies will go bye bye!

Joe and Hunter came home with over a billion dollars from China.

Running, and dodging, and running, and shitting himself
This shows why we want presidents to release their tax returns
Also a note of caution. This not the IRS saying this. This is a congressman saying this based on a CRS report. The article
So I don't know how you actually get the IRS involved
I think they missed some zeros ....
