OSHA has put employers in a legal no man's land. they say your employer can "mandate" it but as it is still under EUA, it requires voluntary Informed Consent.

Informed Consent cannot be obtained through threat, intimidation, and coercion.

that's why the smarter employers have made an option to opt-out, however onerous, for the unvaccinated. but these too are arbitrary based on vaccine status not safety, and the employer only has the right to address safety issues.

The 'approval' thing is in my opinion the wrong hill to die on, since any $ from big pharma or their buddies can grease palms and wrangle approvals that are meaningless. It is useful however, as a tactic to hit your employer with if they demand vaxing, but will only be a delay tactic.

A better one is the entirely experimental nature of the 'vaccines', and the entirely unfleshed-out matrix of 'what happens with X', 'what is the longterm chance of Y' etc that are entirely unknown data points with this brand new technique.

Why should anyone throw a dice on mRNA modifications of cell surfaces formed by proteins in their body.. for a disease thats 99.99% survivable with no lingering negative sideaffects? If its plausible that a modified surface will stop COVID from binding with the cell and infecting it(the purported nature of why this is effective), is it possible that other things might also happen many of which are bad? Will blood clot on these modified surfaces that are recognized as damaged areas? Will the immune system attack their own cells modified in this way? Will the RNA cause cancers at high likelihoods of happening? Are these proteins something you can infect others with? What are long term impacts on fertility? What are impacts on pregnant women, or breastfeeding women? What are the impacts on children born to a vaxxed mother? What about blood donations, or organ donations, or bone marrow donations.. are any of these still safe from vaxed people?

No answers to these questions = no fitness for either use or purpose for the vax.

Its so much worse because Trump even signed into law a right to try rule. If their is an experimental drug that might cure my cancer I have the right to try it because I'm going to die anyway if I don't. So if I get COVID and I want to try HCQ/Ivermectin I'm not allowed to... BUT they can force me to take an untested unapproved "vaccine".

Its literally the exact opposite of how its supposed to work. They are banning therapeutics that might work(but otherwise won't harm you 99.9999% of the time), but mandating a vaccine that over time has been proven at best virtually useless and at worst deadly.

Pfizer Comirnaty is what was "approved" but is a future product planned for 2023.

The gov & media are trying to fool people into believing that there is an approved shot available in this country, but there isn't. Likewise, the "mandate" for companies with more than 100 employees I believe was nothing more than a threat statement by Joe... with nothing actually submitted, legally, according to OSHA or Dept. of Labor. That may have changed in the past week or so, but last I read there is no actual legal basis, it was just a threat he made in a speech.
