I've learned to look for deeper meaning lately. I can directly attribute a lot of that to Q research.

Now, the reason for my post.
I saw where anons on this board where critical of "Spartacus" for not identifying who they are because that would add credence to their letter. I disagree.
The phrase "I am Spartacus" was brought to life in the 1960 movie "Spartacus" directed by Stanley Kubric. The most famous scene is when the Spartacus lead slave army was captured by the Roman Army. The Roman general demanded that Spartacus be identified. Spartacus, played by Kirk Douglas, stands and says "I am Spartacus", then, to a man, every other soldier in the slave army also stood and declared that they were also Spartacus - in other words, "Where we go one, We go all".
Researching on the film, I discovered that Kubric was trying to send a message not only to his audience but also to the establishment in Hollywood. Hollywood was going through a time where many in their ranks where being blacklisted as communists and that blacklisting was being done at the behest of the US federal government. Kubric was telling them that censorship of some will eventually lead to the censorship of all.

That's what you took from this? Maybe the letter writer was trying to send a message to others in the medical community to start spilling the beans, even as an anon, because their voice is being censored by the Federal government. Maybe I should have spelled that out better so people would not think I was making this post about Hollywood. Q also made movie references, BTW.
Chill, dude. He starts out with "fair enough," indicating openness to your thesis. But he speculates (accurately, imo) that Hollywood was infiltrated, and that the same tool of anonymity with solidarity was used against us, and it would've been nice if that didn't happen. You can be right in principle, and still have an imperfect example.

Kubrick included a LOT of hidden meanings in his films, in order to secretly reveal truths. Whether this was his own choosing or part of Revelation of the Method, I cannot be sure, but I think it's quite interesting that Kubrick died after releasing Eyes Wide Shut, which was his most direct message of what the elites are doing behind closed doors.
The Shining is all about the repetitive betrayals committed by humanity against humanity. That's the film where he admits his compliance in helping to direct the moon missions and solidify the fake idea of space.
And then there's 2001, which is about Satan gifting humanity with forbidden knowledge and helping humans to become evil.
Kubrick knew a lot about this world, which is why he filled his movies with this information. He enjoyed rubbing it in our faces and seeing how we would gawk over him as a filmmaker.
