That's so messed up that they're able to con so many without this mandate written down anywhere but at OSHA. Supposed to be an order dictating the policy to OSHA.
My last line of defense I've mentally planned on is, so if this is the fda approved one does that mean the EUA no longer provides indemnity to the manufacturers or was the specific batch you intend to give me manufactured under the EUA or post approval.

I found this yahoo news article dealing with the Federal employee mandate, and it has a small blurb discussing the private sector mandate.....

Biden announced the regulation weeks ago, but the agency is still drafting the particulars."
The whole thing is a smoke and mirrors show. They control the media, so they just throw a bunch of "literally who's" in front of some government logos and normies treat them as an authority. A lot of people and businesses are making decisions based on what they see on TV without any official communication from the government.
Yeah but their existence and their monopoly on currency creation is written into law by government. A selection of private individuals may take home the profits, but it is a socialist entity.
It was a bluff. It requires voluntary participation. If you go get it and there is no law forcing you to, you volunteered. Doesn’t matter what they say.
Color of law is a thing, but we rarely see it prosecuted. I like how they include care providers in the statute.

The way they’re doing it is that they’re rewriting the contracts to require it of federal contractors and employees. The loophole I see is that they have a a clause “in accordance with existing laws” or something like that. If the existing available vaccines are Emergency Use Approval only and the only approved vaccine - Confirmaty, I think - is not available, then they can’t do this. But I can’t find where the FDA approval for vaccines is. I don’t think they care because my manager is all on board with this BS. I told her EO’s are Laws passed by Congress. They can’t make undergo medical procedures that we don’t want. No company is going to risk very lucrative contracts. They’d rather lose 20% than 100%. I’ll let them fire me and then sue. It’s horrible but I think its the beginning. By midterms or just after, they want to make us Australia. I’m hoping that patriots launch and Trump is president by Christmas. I still remember the Clement prophecy “they will fall in the Fall. There will be rejoicing by Christmas”.
One more point about this BS. The government cannot rewrite federal contracts unilaterally. And many contracts are funded over a period of years so they shouldn’t be able to do this all at once. My Prime is a university though, so my guess is they’ll roll over. Hopefully that will be the failure point of this and give a ton of contractors the chink in their armor to win lawsuits along with the fact that there is not FDA approved vaccine.
