Heads up: make sure you can verify the source. I know the image includes it, but I did a bit of searching and can't find it. In fact, there's sites disputing it.
I agree and take it with a grain of salt. However, just because it's not in a book doesn't mean it could not have been spoken, say at a bilderberg meeting.
There's definitely material that is true relating to this. Bill Gates being one that comes to mind.

The problem is that the quote is attributed to a book he wrote, but people have verified that this is not in the book. He could very well have said this, because only God and Satan know what all is said behind closed doors at the Bilderberg meetings. But just like that supposed Soros quote saying black people are stupid, there's no solid source, which means it's hearsay.

The cloak and dagger shit about all this seems unnecessary to me but then I've never tried to take over the world. Jacques Attali is a well-known suspiciouis guy. He has influenced several French presidents, however, it does look as if he is being misquoted according to some.
Attali's book, "a brief history of the future", does not mention population or genocide as far as I can tell but he has written 50 books.
The quote above looks as if it might have come from interviews with Michel Salomon.
Basically, Attali is a Rothschild frontman, Macron is a Rothschild ex-banker and stooge. Attali has advised several French presidents.
