What a dip... he says they archived the logs, then deleted them of the machines for space, and then they didn’t provide the archive to the senate because they claim it was not in the subpoenas....
Lock him up.
My favorite part was when Biggs stated that their twitter says it's standard practice to purge the election database and asked if this was the case for all elections.
His reply... I can't confirm that for you today but I can get you that answer..
Then the chairman says that there is limited space on the servers and you have to make room when you have to run another election.
Biggs then asks why there was still data from prior elections found on the server.
Again.. they say that don't have an answer and will get it for him later. What a crock.
His excuse, they were not deleted, they were archived.
Translation: I was hiding evidence
But as pointed out in the video, the subpoena requested ALL election materials.
Hidden evidence must have a separate subpoena in his opinion.
Go to jail, directly to jail you traitor.
I honestly can’t believe how they try to spin everything. The fact that they can’t answer anything speaks volumes.
“We oversee this process for all elections but we have no idea how to answer your questions, we will get back to you on that so we don’t have to say it publicly and can come up with a narrative to feed people who don’t follow this everyday” — paraphrasing
As a fellow "everydayer" who despises the same transparent tricks you do: Hang in there, and thanks. o7
For about $300, you can buy 20 Terabytes of computer hard-drive storage. For $1,000, you can buy 200 terabytes of hard-drive storage.
That's enough to store everything in the library of Congress + every piece of election data in every county and state in the U.S. for the last election.
Spend the $1,000 and then you don't need to delete any data. :>)
Wow. Still, at least they are in court
The data was recovered. Not archived.
Jail for lying under oath.
I wish I knew my password to the AZ Republic. Huge front page spread in print "Audit was designed to find fraud but found none!" and the online is even worse.
And yet not a single one of them is in jail.
Arrest anyone involved with doing it NOW.
