Which is exactly why they are using this fakecine mandate to purge all of us who refuse to take the jab. They want to get rid of anyone who does not fall in line. Sadly, very few people in my unit are refusing the shot. When the order came down, all but about 60 took the jab. We have only one commander who is standing against it, and putting his career on the line to help all of us who are refusing to take it.
I know, that sort of thing of happening in more places than is getting out/known.
So here's something: if you look up what a mandate is, and is not, in Blacks Law or Cornells Law (2 of the most cited law references around), you will see a mandate only has teeth if you are a convicted felon under direction of a judge. Any other "mandate" is nothing more than an unenforceable suggestion.
Problem is, again, people are stupid; i.e. following because they arent smart or brave enough ( or both) to question or just say no.
If people were educated enough on these simple but significant differences, this whole mandate thing would be laughed at. What we all need to be doing is pointing and laughing at all the stupids.
Good luck to you and your CO; only based MFers in the unit.
I appreciate it. Although, I am a guard guy so, no real skin off my back if they kick me out. Main reason i stayed in was for the cheap insurance, and the chance I might get a retirement.
What really gets me is that covid has now gone through several mutations, so the original "vaccines" aren't becoming more and more useless, to the point of being totally ridiculous to consider for all but the most critically at-risk people. Enlisted people are probably some of the healthiest people out there, and should NEVER get the shots!
i say this having served. definitely shady shit goes on. But I assume that is in any organization, especially large ones. but unlike companies, this organization can arrest you if you wrongthink.
My first month in my unit I got a quick taste of the spending problem. My company commander spent $30k to replace all the furniture even though there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out the fiscal year was ending and the company had $30k left on the budget. If it's not spent the Army assumes their budget is too high so it will get cut the next year. Told my dad this and he said it was the same way when he served during Vietnam. This is a huge reason military spending doest go down.
I saw a whole lot of other shit in the following years. I'm here now....
Anyone who calls themselves an American and trusts the government should really brush up on their own history...
I suggest they start with the Tea Tax and don't stop reading until they get to "and then Joe Biden announced he would sign an executive order demanding all employers with 100+ employees force their employees to take an untested gene therapy."
We served the Constitution.
Fuckin A
I mean, we thought we did.
Was the War of Terror constitutional though?
People are stupid. Our oath is to the Constitution, not the Government.

It is Tricare Reserver Select for Guard members. Unless I am activated on orders then it is the standard Tricare.

Yeah anyone who has served and still trusts the government after is a moron or in on it i.e. high ranks getting their payday after.
Agree!

Yep, government sector in a nutshell. Unlike the private sector, there is no incentive to cut costs since Congress controls the budget amounts.
This pains my heart. I thought the military was better than this. :*(
Interestingly enough, it was the Republicans who forced that shutdown. One named Ted Cruz.

Being a veteran is WHY we feel that way.
"...I will support and defend the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, against all enemies, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC..."
And, there is NO expiration date.
Bring it on!
Have you ever read the Constitution? I doubt it.
I have. Have you ever served in the military? I doubt it.
This is such a good meme template.
Yeah they must be pissed off risking their lives on illegal regime change wars based on the flimsiest of lies.
Imagine a bunch of people from the DMV working in important federal positions.
Ain't that the truth?
It's us.
