I am not for sure on the Rife work. but the Abrams machine used a copper plate on your feet, and a electrode on your chest, so that is propagating what ever wave form the circuit can produce through the body.
I'm now curious if a spike infested cell can survive this process or if only the spike itself is taken out. I imagine the cell doesn't survive the process because the attached spike becomes part of it.
This could end up being pretty bad if they can wide-beam out a kill signal that ruptures cells w/ a spike attached.
