Actually I don't know either, but I certainly hope they come forward and press charges. This seems like a based judge - calling him a boy in a skirt was priceless. Where I live (I work for a criminal defense attorney), if the same defendant is charged with another crime subsequent to their first, they keep all their cases before the same judge. It saves time and they combine pretrials and other hearings so their docket is more easily managed, plus they can keep better track of multiple violations by the same offender so sentencing reflects their offenses properly. I would hope the same goes for Loudoun County, so the same based judge can pop him for the 2nd offense.

I went to jail once because I was dating a psycho who wouldn't leave and liked to call the cops on me every time I managed to get past her and into the car to drive off whenever she had one of her episodes, she wouldn't fucking let me leave and she wouldn't gtfo of my house and she wouldn't pay for anything or cook or clean or help in any way whatsoever. She just wanted to get me in jail so she could rob me. 75% of the people who were there were literally just regular dudes with blue collar jobs who had a loud fight with their girlfriend and were on DV disorderly conduct shit. My cellmate's wife got mad at him because he told her to get the fuck out of his face and so she called the cops on him, and he gets a knock on his door at 2 in the morning and it's all the fucking swat teams for the whole county. They don't even say anything they just tazed him as soon as he opens the door and start screaming at him while he's being tazed with like 6 rifles in his face. He gets a 50,000 dollar bond. Then, while I'm in there, the few people who did some real crimes like robbery and rape and murder are getting let out within hours of being booked with no bond and just told to promise they're gonna show up to court. These guys were fucking in there bragging about what they did loudly enough for the guards to hear it. Regular people with jobs get the book thrown at them for mickey mouse bullshit but scumbags get let out to rape again.
I believe there are different sealing/expungement laws in each county of each state, so that's hard to say, but I do know in some jurisdictions, violent crimes are not wiped off the record once an offender turns 18. Petty theft, vandalism, things like that are certain to disappear once the defendant reaches the age of majority. This may be different, and honestly I hope it is - this little fucker needs to be taught a lesson.

I would sue the school principal and superintendent, local school board and national school board. They should not settle for less than $5 million each PLUS attorney fees.

They deserve restitution and their daughter should be able to go to a private school that is not as concerned about catering to the whims of wokeness.
