Citi group announced today they are requiring the vax for all US employees who work at home or in the office. I've been employed there for almost 30 years and have knowledge that nobody else in the entire company has. Too bad for them.
I could use some pointers on religious exemptions if you guys don't mind helping this guy out.
Here's a template to get you started:
To Whom it May Concern:
I, [insert your name here], declare and invoke my religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccination mandate.
Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, I attest to having sincerely held personal religious beliefs which will not permit me to abide by this mandate.
Additionally, I am not willing to describe these personal religious beliefs for the reasonable fear that if others have knowledge of them, it may engender discrimination against me and/or my family.
I am aware that reasonable accommodations may have to be made regarding this declaration of religious exemption, and am willing to discuss accommodations that would be necessary and reasonable in order to come to an agreement.
Finally, I expect this letter to remain confidential, and its contents to be disclosed only to those for whom there is an express need. Further, I expect that the name and position within this organization of any individuals to whom this letter and/or its contents are disclosed to be disclosed to me so that I am aware of who has been made privy to the same.
Very respectfully,
[Your name]
**I also was considering adding language about President Trump's EO which stated that nobody can question your religion when you invoke it as a defense against some kind of tyranny, but I still have to look it up.
No accommodations. That is bending the knee and not necessary.
Fair enough, that can always be taken out. You're right.
Here is a link to an affidavit prepared by constitutionalists who have won hundreds of cases in US courts based on their constitutional methods. It's long. and it can be personalized. Get the link quick because they don't last long. Good luck!

Gosh, those links don't last any time at all. Do you know of a good file sharing site where I can download the affidavit? I'll post it again if I can find one. Let me know if you know of one. Thanks.
Use catbox.
Thanks. It actually said I couldn't use the file type. :o/ Will try to convert the file.
Ughhh I have friends that work there and have for over 20 years.
Any idea how the Texas locations will be handled?
Citi HR is supposed to give more information next week, such as instructions for submitting a religious exemption.
I will be submitting that but I doubt any will be accepted. I will be staying until they fire me just in case there is a lawsuit I can be a part of. Even if they accept my exemption, I will be quitting the day after the cut off. They crossed the moral red line for me.
So, there are forms up now for "Accommodation Requests" with a Texas "State-specific" form regarding a Personal conscience or Prior infection request. I am going to look into the Personal conscience one as I do not really want to discuss religion or medical issues with an Employer.
I wish you luck, patriot
Let us know how it goes, timeline, status, etc. Good luck!
Didn't the TX Gov declare no vax mandates?
The TX Governor did do an EO but, whether Citi will honor that vs the residents EO, There was a set back in court but I am not clear what the meaning is yet. Planning to submit an exemption as well. The residents EO states Dec 8th so already a month difference with Citi's deadline in January.

Jan 14th?
Thats not nearly soon enough! Think of all the extra risk they are taking by NOT mandating these sketchy vaccines immediately!
Just found this today https://thedrardisshow.com/medical-religious-exemption-form
