Project Looking glass is a Quantum Computer to accurately predict future happenings based on a f**k-ton of data inputs that only a quantum computer could handle.

Anything is possible but there were a few accidental typos in some of the Q posts over the years. A few posts also talk about being "on the move". Both of which lead me to believe it's more likely humans making the posts. In Q post #4 the post says "Some of us come here to drop crumbs..." would a quantum AI refer to itself as "us"? Possibly but who knows. I do believe eventually down the road we will learn exactly who/what was making the Q posts, as alluded in Q post #918 "Wait until you learn who has been talking to you here"
NPR ran a piece today about how the DoD employed a remote viewer to assist in exposing a mysterious Soviet project. Remote Viewer 001, Joe McMoneagle, helped them detect a new class of Soviet submarine, code named supposedly Shark. The experience was the basis for Clancy's The Hunt for Red October.

Some have speculated that at different times, the person acting as Q may have been a personality that may surprise you to know. The speculation coming from the decoding symbols blog. This makes it likely that there are more than one authors of Q posts
I could see it being both to be honest.
Q has said "who" when refering to himself. If its a he, but I dont see an AI making that reference.
