I want to see what they do for remote workers. If they force remote workers to take a weekly test.

Remote workers will not be exempt because logically, they would argue that "if we let some not have to take it, people will complain".

Sheep are gonna have to see their kids, parents, and spouse drop dead before they bat an eye.

wondering how testing will work?

do we NEED a nasal swab to the brain? why is it that i can spread COVID for 5 feet just by breathing, but they can't get a good sample from just having me breathe on a swab?

if the testing doesn't give instant results, can we just stay home until the test comes back negative? why would they let us work, if our COVID test results are not known?

can the president really dictate medical procedures to anyone, much less everyone?

whats the legal definition of practicing medicine without a license ?

what about equal protection under the law? aren't people who work for small companies being deprived of equal protection under this OSHA mandate?

Agreed...

I am going to file a religous exemption from my job when they tell us to comply. I am not going to agree to weekly testing since I am at home.

If they wanted me to test before I came into the office. I am willing to do that.

Hope you don't get declined. I work for a large Vanguard owned 300,000+ employee company. They only offered us 2 options. Medical or religious exemption. I doubt they will honor either.

So I dropped a MOAB on them last week. Asked legal to provide:

Proof a mandate is a law

Medical Proof the mystery juice won't harm me or my family

Who covers any bills for physical injury

Who will cover my salary if I perish

Why can't I prophylactically treat with Ivermectin or HCQ

Why can't we follow early treatment protocols like with the regular Flu and use Vitamin C, Tamiflu, Zithromax, etc

Why are breaktrhough infections so predominate in countries with high vaccination rates

My boss was said they were talking about it.

I never heard anything back from them.

We have properties in FL. Our company is on an odd spot.

Can the workers in FL say they don't have to take it? But us over here in IL would have to take it?

remote worker for the last 3 years. never been to the office, never been to a customer site. got the vax mandate email. I refuse to acknowledge it or to say whether I am vaxxed or not. I have yet to see a policy that states I HAVE to tell them my medical situation. HOLD THE LINE.

OSHA has already indicated that they will NOT be recording "recordables" in regard to vaccines, because doing so might be misconstrued into anti-vaccine misinformation.

if you work for a large company, theres a good chance that you fall under OSHA regulations. if thats true, start documenting and OSHA related problems at work, and then when this mandate goes into effect, flood the OSHA snitch line with actual OSHA violations.
