Ridge was FBI. Mueller and Holder ran that and also provided cover during Waco.

and yes BARR ran some rather intense interference for Durham and appointed him special counsel & juiced him up.

Sessions placed Durham as a prosecutor on October 28, 2017.

Barr appointed him as special counsel last fall.
