It took six years for those "scientists" to put together this study about the immediate, impending doom of climate change? So apocalyptic that the temperature of the earth hasn't changed in 15 years and we all have to go back to the Stone Age? BTFO!
If global warming was going to end the world in a decade, I would think finding global warming has stopped would be GOOD news. Kind of like finding out your terminal cancer has gone into remission. Unless, of course, you are hijacking a false crisis for personal gain.
I seem to remember the nasa satellites data said the same thing, no rise in temp.
What is crazy about that report is the climate hoaxers also went back and edited the older historical records and gave them lower numbers iirc 0.5c or it might have been larger amount than that.
Then they don't show the raw temp data its has to go into a computer model which increases the temperature.
They also moved some of the thermometers so they were in hotter heat zones like next to a big factory for example to help push the numbers up.
This way it looks like a rise but even with all that its just fake news.
Its all about selling climate credits.
There was a email dump called climategate that had the scientists talking between themselves saying they were being told to produce the numbers they needed even though they were wrong, started by old 0bama. You also would not get funding if you told the truth.
It's a cold time. 49 volcanoes are currently at various stages of activity over the earth. Volcanoes do not follow the "science." It only takes ONE massive blast to shock the rubes into reality that puny vain stinky mankind controls NOTHING!
The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world and those who dwell therein.
This is kind of old news frankly. This was the political football leading up to the Paris 2015 climate conference. At issue was what was called 'the Pause' - a period since 1998 where the error bars of the global average surface temperature measurements all included a 0.0 trend line, meaning there was no net warming.
For context, it has been shown that El Niño events typically cause a warm spike in the surface temp. measurements, whereas the corresponding La Niña events cause cooling. There seems to be a cycle of ~16-20 years between major El Niño events where the temperature will spike high and then zero trend lines will follow until the next big spike. This has lead to a step-wise hypothesis about warming. It has it's flaws in that climate is by definition a 30-year running average, so these 20-year cycles have to be averaged into a longer time frame. Real scientists debate these things, and I'll not bore you with more details. Suffice it to say, the explanation remains uncertain. The Earth is a very complex system.
However, since the issue became a political football, Barry Soetoro wanted to go into the Paris negotiation with a talking point, so NASA's GISS did some statistical trickery and released one of their lovely hockey stick graphics complete with the whole world shown in red scale to make it look like the world was on fire a month before the conference. Naturally, the propagandists dutifully used it to scare the crap out of people and hype the "warmest year EVAR!" line. Meanwhile real scientists pointed out they had effectively removed the heat wave and dust bowl of the 1930s and rewrote the previous 15 years' history to get rid of 'the Pause'. It was data tampering at its worst, but it served it's purpose.
That someone's reporting on the fraud is interesting, but frankly, I don't think it matters. Glascow's current conference is moving towards global communism, and I don't think they'd ever allow AP to let this story go if they thought their power grab was still in question. We knew the truth in 2009 when the Climategate emails came to light. They're still faking the data (in many areas of science, frankly - vaccine efficacy, COVID infection and mortality rates, the "wage gap", wholesale election rigging, and a hundred other things).
I'm fairly sure the planet is getting warmer, but us humans isn't what causes it to happen. The Earth has a natural cycle of change (tropics, ice age, etc) and we're now entering a more tropical Earth, transitioning from the last ice age.
Humans have their affect on the Earth (plastic in ocean, oil spillage, bad air in certain areas because of factories and too many cars) but a warmer Earth ain't it.
In the short term, we're seeing warming. In the longer term, we're at a warm point that gets called the Holocene Optimum. We're actually several thousand years overdue for a return back to the depths of an ice age if you look at the ~100,000-year cycles from the Antarctic ice cores.
As you point out, a warmer Earth is quite beneficial. I'd much rather see that 1.5°C warming (about equivalent to the Roman warm period 2,000 years ago where humans thrived on the planet) than see an ice age kick in. Cold kills. When it gets cold fast, historically, a lot of people die.
The scientists were right about man made climate change. The part they left out is that they can change it whenever they want.
Same group that is making programmable nano bots does not have weather control technology?

The earth is getting greener

Plants breathe co2, more co2 more plants.
Everyone keeps forgetting their kindergarten lessons!
weird that the planet supported megafauna and the oceans werent acidic at 2000ppm, but ahh, whats $ience nowaays

Don't worry, the "We are about to enter into an Ice Age" story is about to unfold. And who's to blame? Emissions from plants causing "global warming".
That's an article from 2013, FYI ... how come it's just being posted here now?
The article says the referenced report would be published in a few weeks; did it get published? Suppressed?

100% ....Amen
We don't believe those assholes anyway. Sxientist is synonymous with liar now.

It was released again in today’s edition of the Daily Mail—and memory-holed as fast as it was in 2013.
That got my attention. So I saved it.
Suspicious Observers has been saying the same thing... For years also...
