I mean i understand the sentiment of what you're saying but their exaggeration and twisting of words meanings is already leading us to societal hell....should we also contribute to that?
Rules for Radicals #4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
"If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)"
This is how you turn into the very thing you hate. How many times does that morality tale have to play out before we learn our lesson? The left's favorite justification for everything they've done is "the right does it too" or "the right is worse". That's all they've got.
I think the sentiment here is 'fight fire with fire.' However, as corrupt as it is currently, if we don't use the law to overcome this threat, if we stoop to the level of the ends justifying the means, then the principles the country was founded on are meaningless and we may as well forget America as we knew it. Doesn't mean we can't be assertive and relentless also, though
Yea, because when I think of how we should conduct ourselves to best attempt to restore society to some level of rationality and sanity the first thing I think of is the book "Rules for Radicals".
If you’re attacked by a criminal on the street, do you defend yourself with the strict rules of amateur boxing or do you use every dirty trick in the book to survive? Do you want your last thoughts to be: “At least I was a nice guy and didn’t do anything mean”?
Who said anything about being a "nice guy" or not doing anything mean? Self-defense using whatever force necessary to stop the threat does not equal following "Rules for Radicals".
In the front lines of the culture war, there are times when using the left's rules against them is not only effective, it nudges them away from fringe leftism. You'll never see a leftist wilt faster than when they are convincingly accused of racism. If you can get their supposed allies and peers to join in, it has the potential to leave them totally disillusioned with politics. I've seen it. So yes, using these rules against them can contribute to restoring rationality to society.
What’s it matter at this point, we’re there. Fuck em for getting us here. No holds barred anymore else they’ll surly shove a needle up your ass and the assess of your kids w/o consent

Use their own tactics against them.

And this is why we lose.
No, we're winning. Patriots in control.

I get what youre saying but referring to shoving smelly dick fingers at someone should never be described as violent rape by either side. Sorry.

Yeah how's it been following the rules so far?
Very good, Patriots in control.

If they have to disprove any exaggeration it makes them WORK. Something they suck at 😉
