Hard to believe people posting here think that this is OK. Yet the same may whine about Project Veritas being investigated by the FBI. You guys really think that only a narrative you approve of should be allowed? If you don't believe in free speech you're just as mind wiped as the screaming communists over here trying to censor us. People need to be free to make their own decisions about what information they give credence to, and which information or opinions they choose to ignore.
Not many people know or understand what Obama did to the Smith-Mundt Act and what effect that had on the MSM/State operators.
Digital high-five, pede
So the State decides what is knowingly false. This is why we're in this mess.
Yes, you make sense. I'm open to admit I'm probably wrong objecting to this guy being locked up for lying. But what's next?
Opinions can be openly shown to be false nowadays by looking at only State approved information i.e. clotshot, election fraud, and plandemic. Which is exactly where we are in USA and most of the West.
The idea that the judiciary should decide what is true and false works only if the judiciary isn't corrupt. But then, what can be done if there isn't a supposedly neutral arbiter of truth in such cases?
The difference between this guy and Proje t Veritas is that this guy is willfully spreading propaganda anonymously sourced in an effort to please his overlords while Project Veritas is reporting well sourced and verified news.
That applies to journalism fren, not the fucking propaganda these scum sucking vermin have been peddling for years.
There's a big difference between providing a different perspective and downright lying to further your own views and agenda, and I bet that if you look up whatever this idiot had been writing you'd find it's most probably the later.
Are your eyes open? do you see what the "journalists" on msm are pushing out?
It's not about stopping information you don't like, it's about punishing propagandists.
Freedom of speech does not mean freedom to defame. Also, he's in a foreign country and failed to respect their laws and traditions.
If an anon was arrested for breaking the rules in China, we'd all be saying "play stupid games..." Even though China is number one asshole, we still acknowledge they are a sovereign nation and should you choose to go there you are expected to carry yourself accordingly and abide by their traditions and customs.
Yes China needs to be brought to its knees, but not by going over there and being a jackass.
