So it looks to me like the guy controlling the Rittenhouse family’s security and paying their bills through the money raised by Lin Wood, Mike Lyndell, and the Fight Back Org, David Hancock, is planning on suing biden for defamation, which they are legally able to do, but have no chance of winning. Not only should Kyle dump Hancock, but he should go after lower hanging fruit that would be easier to get a win or a settlement from. The case against biden is very weak and they will have unlimited funds and armies of judges and lawyers on their side to defend them. This will not be a good move for Kyle and his family
Spot on i posted similar in another thread. Robert Barnes laid it out on the VIva Frei show you can win defamation cases when commenting or expressing an opinion on a case where the defendant has been charged.

It’s the actual malice that matters. That’s the standard for public figures and I think Kyle might qualify as a public figure at this point.
Lets hope not, being a public figure makes it harder to prove defamation
