I keep reading how freemasons are evil and do horrible things. Yet I grew up with masons. I'm not evil, nor do I do horrible things. So, being new, and open minded. I would like to have a civilized discussion about the freemasons! And remember. I come from family members whom are passed now, but, were. Masons. I'm open to here. Thank you.

Be very careful about what you hear about Freemasonry. There are good chapters who deeply believe in America and its founding. I have a family member who is one, and he is a proud patriot who fought for our military. I was shocked when he told me. He is no "lower rank" either. He straight called out the Illuminati. There are bad chapters as well, those who have been infiltrated by the Illuminati or are mostly democrats like the ones in big cities, and ones that are high level government. That being said, I look at Freemasonry like Starwars, it's a knowledge that can be used for good and evil. Like our founding fathers. Who used it for good. And our current Illuminati who use if for evil and subversion. George Washington was well aware that its practices were being subverted and infiltrated by the Illuminati. The way I see it. You can't label all Freemasons evil, and it's really the Illuminati sellouts who have purposefully perverted Freemasonry so that we point the finger at them, and not the assets of the Illuminati.
People call out Freemasonry all the time, but maybe they should be looking at their churches as well. There is a poem, "where there's a steeple in the air, satan builds a chapel there." It's not the group, it's who has infiltrated the group, wherever it may be.
"You're wrong" isn't a counter-argument.
You say it "IS evil" based on what? I could say grapefruit juice IS evil - prove me wrong. Are we just supposed to trust you?
No, actually YOU have to do the homework, since you are the one making the accusation. Our legal (and moral) principle is to assume innocence until guilt is proven. The burden of proof is on you. A long, drawn-out "proof" that takes years to elaborate and understand is on shaky legs.
Well I did my homework and it all says you're full of shit. You can't just say 'Nyah nyah you're wrong and I don't have to show you why' That's fuking retarded.
Q post 1632 - Should the bad spoil the bunch?
MAKE FREEMASONRY GREAT AGAIN
I like how Q becomes the infallable word around here.
Exactly. Generalizations are always a mistake, one that analytical thinkers rarely make.
āGeneralizations are always a mistakeā
Always? kek
I think all secret societies are detestable. I think we all know this to be true but then twist ourselves up into the most grotesque logic trying to defend them because someone we like is in a secret society, or we hear that George Washington was a Freemason. But if you stop and just think about it, obviously secret societies are wrong.
Oh, well. This would have to include all the government/military classified activities, then. For example, the Manhattan Project. Or what goes on at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Or what I might be doing as a contractor in a compartmented program.
Unless, of course, you think we should blab our mouths all over the press and internet, revealing all our national defense secrets and making us vulnerable to known adversaries.
The elemental unit of society is the family. Every family has secrets, but we usually refer to that as Privacy. So, you are saying there should be no privacy? Everyone's lives should be made transparent? How far do you want to stretch this absurdity?
