Future Proves Past. This excerpt is straight out of Karl Marx 101, being taught in college in 1954. And is now being woven into our youngest students in CRT and similar educational pieces. We must all overcome this and never fall asleep on our country and Constitution ever again.

I dont think this is from a textbook, and it sounds like the judge wrote this due to recent events.

This guys a judge. He validates source material from a prosecutor, and witnesses, then passes judgement on people for a living.
He had no problem reciting these lines from his first year in college, but couldn't name the book?
I think the source is fake and the judge ghost-wrote his own opinion of current events.
Wow. We can easily associate the propaganda behind each step:
1.) By portraying one side as for the common good, and the other side for individual rights at the expense of the common good/ “democracy”
2.) one side are racist oppressors against people of color and the other side are for equality and human rights
3.) because they abuse POC/are racist
4.) portray foreign invaders as victims seeking asylum in the promise of America
5.) Expel conservative soldiers by portraying them as extremists/threats to order in the name of equality and national security.
6.) taxation for the common good
7.) rioting and crime are protests in the name of civil rights against systemic inequality
8.) to ensure communists are in control this is not overtly advertised
9.) to ensure public opinion is shaped to support 1-8 also not overtly admitted to be the case

Norman Dodd and the Reece Committee of 1953 goes along with this. Check out Rene Wormser's book Foundations. They figured out how the deep state worked through NGOs and into the school systems back then, but couldn't get anyone to listen.
