Most of us have already heard that the producers of Matrix trilogy - the Wachowski brothers, transitioned themselves and became Wachowski sisters and then gave interviews about how Matrix was really about coming out of the non-binary closet and lamented that the Matrix "redpill" concept was abused by us deplorables and that Matrix 4 would be reclaiming redpill for the lefties.
Clearly this was disappointing and people have been luke warm about this movie, but I encourage everyone to watch it. I think its a cleverly written movie that gives the impression that they are endorsing wokeness to anyone who is not very discerning, but just under the surface packed it with more redpills. Whats more, I do believe it is talking about the current situation we are in!
Warning: Spoilers below.
-
When the redpill/bluepill is offered to the Morpheus sim, they talk about how there is no choice, and taking the redpill is inevitable. This is clearly where we are headed now. Everyone will be dispensed the redpill whether they want it or not. The vaccines are making it harder and harder for people to hide from redpills. Great Awakening is the mother of all redpill that is inevitable.
-
They talk about normies multiple times. Imagine my surprise when in the end the Analyst actually uses the word "sheeple". Infact, everything the Analyst says is pure seething contempt as felt by the Cabal towards us. And the movie rightfully depicts him as the evil guy - representing the Evil we are fighting!
-
The ending is hilarious when Trinity kills him multiple times, first by breaking his jaw, then by decapitating and finally pummels and smashes him, while saying "That is for using children"
-
There is a lot of talk through out the movie about free will and destiny and whether we are all just algorithms just doing what we are programmed to. Lot of references to the current social media algorithmic programming of people. There is even a cool scene where all the normal people turn into bots - I am expecting this template to replace the NPC memes very soon!
-
The more serious part though is quite mind boggling. Neo went to the heart of the machine world and fought them even though he (and Trinity) die in the process. In this movie we learn that, that happened 60 years ago. Is it a coincidence that JFK went into the heart of the Cabal and tried to bring them down, and died almost 60 years ago?
Then Neo gets resurrected and breaks out of the matrix again and continues the fight, ending with creating a beautiful free world. Thats the reference to Trump - as a resurrection of JFK to finish what he started?
-
Trinity is resurrected and is named "Tiffany". Tiffany has a strong connotation with the Kennedys. Remember the Tiffany blue box related to JFK and how Melania gave a gift in a Tiffany blue box to Obama's when moving into White House?
-
Many of the decodes of original Matrix mention that all the historical names have corresponding roles between good and bad side. One of the anomalies was "Zion". Zion represents Cabal, but was used as a name for the stronghold city of the free humans. This was usually dismissed as just to throw us off the track.
Well, what do you know? In this movie we learn that Zion was really a controlled opposition and had to be purged and recreated as "Io" after Neo went to and fought the machines. There are multiple references to good people being bad, and becoming part of the system - controlled opposition.
- When Neo is sad that all his fighting with the machines and defeating Agent Smith was for nothing, he is told that it had a huge impact and that a lot of machines defected to the good side. These are called synthients. There is a good line in the movie:
"Not all machines wanted to control, just like not all people wanted to be free"
I think we will be seeing this after Awakening, when we find out how many people on the bad side actually came over and helped the White Hats.
-
In the same vein, there is a cool sequence where Agent Smith's reincarnation - who is supposed to be evil - actually helps the good guys and fights the Analyst in a surprise twist. But he only goes so far.
-
In the beginning there is a whole sequence where Anderson is brainstorming with his team (he is a game designer) and they come up with quite a few zingers for the woke left - making fun of how anyone can interpret Matrix as anything ("trans-politics", "crypto fascism", etc)
-
Oh, and this scene is a great fuck you to the vegans (and made me hungry).
-
Let's not forget the Alice in Wonderland book in one scene, The monarch butterfly behind the Analyst in his office, and the rabbit tattoo on "Bugs" that she shows Neo before saying "Follow me". (She also says earlier "Bugs" is for "Bunny" of course, again a rabbit reference)
-
And I will leave you with this - pretty good summation of the thinking of the Elites.
Interesting how so many humans doubted that Neo actually existed... but there were Neotards eh? 😁
Yeah, you know what a total woketurd version of this movie would have been? They might have made it such that the entire trilogy were just video games, and that Neo never existed, and that redpill was nothing but a coping mechanism that Anderson acquired as he was a closet trans.
I seriously thought this is how they would "reclaim the redpill"
I felt that the original movie was fairly clear about who was the one (Neo) and who was the zero (Cypher).

Really insightful and tight analysis by OP. Making me re-think a lot of aspects of this movie.
I agree with this and also I'd say anyone content with the blue pill would never get to the point t of being offered a red one
It's similar to the Christian understanding of the Holy Spirit being in one's heart moving them to acceptance of Christ, rather than as a result of the work of another person such as a minister etc. "We" don't redpill others. Their hearts and minds are already moving towards an acceptance of reality and eventually the internal battle is won.
We can't force people to change their views, but we can help guide them to the truth... ultimately still up to them to make that decision though.
Makes me think of the Man in Black Lost.... Ben thought he was summoning the smoke monster, until he realized that it was actually the MiB making him think that he had the power to summon him... inception
What stood out most was how adverse this movie was to having men in positions of power. Other than Smith and Neo as boss & genius game designer, women took all roles leaving men to support them or be the villain. Io's leader, ship captain, scientist, whatever her name who conveniently had a master plan pulled out of her ass, Trinity who saved the day, and even the song during credits which is a female doing a cover of RATM.
The whole thing just seemed like a vehicle to cash in while spouting "gurl power". Maybe it was all to push transhumanism with machines/AI being the future of humanity? The movie was sadly uninspired.
Star Wars did the same thing. Fucking ruined woke shit now.
There were lot of superficial elements to keep their woke audience happy. This included purple hairs, sprinkling of colored cast and the "gurl power". However, contrary to the End Game where they rubbed the gurl power into our faces, this didnt feel forced.
You could see the disgust in Neo when he wakes up and sees more sockets in his body. The message I took away was the opposite. Transhumanism sucks, but that does not mean machines and AIs should be shunned completely.
It's true the movie isn't nearly as woke as I expected. But the more I think about it they dedicated a lot of dialogue to explaining how humans and machines need to integrate. How humanity was saved by AI and how the science is all from bots. Neo got "AI pilled" from hating machines to relying on AI morpheus, being saved by Smith, etc.
I'd have to rewatch to see if that message still sticks out, but the movie was such a bore.
The film also took a shit in nostalgia cereal.
And if women in power bothers you, I assume you must feel insecure around Candice Owens and Wendy Rogers? Lauren Boebart had better resign and find a husband right?
The whole point of this film was that we're all supposed to be a team and work together and concern ourselves with competency to lead not so much what's in-between the leader's legs.
Way to miss the point. Get off the computer and let me speak to your husband, dumb bitch.
Joking, but true. Owens is a grifter. Boebert and rogers are ineffective. Who was it that just apologized to a literal muslim terrorist who wants our country to burn?
Meanwhile you did completely miss the point that the movie is directed by a tranny who then decided to cut the dick off the Matrix series with this shit while simultaneously promoting transhumanism.
Depopulation and transhumanism go hand in hand. This is not a "teamwork, yay!" movie. This is a decades old agenda being implemented by subverting media in subtle or obvious ways. This movie is guilty, even if it is on the subtle side.
And women in politics, women voting has been an absolute disaster for America. Fact.
Quality likely dipped because of COVID, but overall it still looked good. I heard it said this movie will age like wine and I agree. It's a team player movie where everyone works together regardless of their personal beliefs and background. It also calls out nostalgia and in the era of such, well... It's gonna get flack.
Even though some characters might be woke, I didn't feel preached at. I felt a message of unity from this film more than anything. I particularly love the ending confirming my theory: the two become and together always were "The One"
Glad to finally hear someone who thought like me. Yeah, regardless of all the colored cast and purple hair etc, it never felt overly preachy. If anything, I got a chuckle realising how these very superficial things will keep the woke left happy, and who knows, they might let some of the messaging seep in.
Yeah, message of unity was good. Niobi was a sobering character. We have to remember that even the hardest of us and the bravest of us, as we age and become part of the system, change our outlook. After the Awakening, over the next decades, we will see a lot of this and it would be heart breaking, but not necessarily the wrong thing.
Of all the love story motifs and nauseating romantic movies, this one was quite cool. I didn't feel the romance rammed down the throat as well.
Yeah, the ending was great but I hated the post credit scene. SAY NOT TO CATRIX
It was made by two trannies who explicitly said they wanted to reclaim the red pill from the political right.
But they did not. The reclaim claim was bogus, and my guess is that the tranny (only one took part in this move) is too dumb to understand the concept of redpill and was fed the script by someone else - same during the trilogy as well I am guessing given they had no experience with anything serious.
That could be.
However it looks like absolute dog shite and not gonna sit through it to find out
The trilogy was made by the wachowski brothers, Larry and Andy. Only Larry who now goes by Lana made the most recent film. What Ive always suspected is that the government can feed people hormones and gaslight them into thinking they are trans (who knows maybe parasites as well. The films touches on all of this) and the new film in my opinion is much more of Larry talking to the audience using the therapy sessions and work meetings being more personal and what he is experiencing. I was expecting this film to be woke garbage and yet it was surprisingly good with plenty of nostalgia of the 90's that opened my mind to a lot more than just "bullet time"
The other movies were, but only one of them did this one. Not sure why both didn't work on it though.
And they failed hard.
I didn't really get it but it wasnt boring.
I can see how the trannies will run w it bc theyre gonna say that Neo and Trinity are the same person and one is their dead name and the other is stunning and brave and each are only capable of anything when they unite. The whole world program is designed to split them apart so poor trannies can't bE tHeMsElVeS
lol, I think everyone here knows that!
I prefer to not give it my eyeballs. They ruined the Matrix enough with Reloaded and Revolutions ( even though there is still much awesomeness in those, it’s muddy). Maybe I’ll watch it on video.
Edit: Just to piss off HBO and Warner, I keep watching first Matrix over and over.
Thats always a winning strategy!
I have a high threshold for watching bad movies looking for messages and still enjoying it. Most people dont enjoy bad movies regardless of messaging. If you were not going to watch it otherwise, you might as well read it first.
On first viewing I thought the movie was....meh. But, after reading your analysis, I'm going to have to watch again. I remember saying "hmmm" to a few of the scenes you mentioned. Thanks for your post.
The movie was so boring and confusing whatever messages it carried were completely lost on me.
I agree, the quality of the movie was pretty sub-par. I am only focusing on the messaging here.
I mostly agree with the comments on here, but I will likely watch it again to see what I missed (have HBO Max with my AT&T plan for free).
I found parts of it fairly interesting, but the fight scenes had a tendency to try to pack too much into them - making them crowded and confusing. I also heard the guy that planned the fight scenes in the other movies did NOT do this one so that is likely why they were not as good.
My take on the movie it was ok not great. The line at the end from Patrick Neal Harris about the Sheeple was the whole movie for me summed it up perfectly.
I think I messed up his name Neal Patrick Harris ... Here’s the line at 25:57 https://www.brighteon.com/0c6df8e8-3e49-44d9-87a0-1c43b79a08d1
Nice. Might even have a look.
Messaging is good, but the movie quality is not great - just a fair warning. I personally enjoyed the whole thing because I had 0 expectations, and would be watching it again for things missed.
Well it's triggering so many, it makes me wonder. My reluctance to watch it is because messing with the Matrix is messed up.
They address this in the movie. It's very meta heavy. And holds no punches against nostalgia.
I was watching it with my son and husband. My son got up and left the room. I was trying to be patient to see if the movie would get interesting. My husband and I couldn't take it anymore and turned it off. Matrix 1-3 were superb. MATRIX 4 IS CRAP.
2 and 3 are absolute dog shit. Why couldn't you finish the movie?
Interesting, I need to take some time to digest all this. Then see the movie. Definitely.
I do not support Hollywood at all, I do not buy movies, I do nkot watch TV......this is a tough personal choice. But yea I guess ReeeEEE for sticking to my guns, and standing my ground. And not wavering my thoughts, and ideals over a flickering mother fucking screen
that's perPLEXing...
Fair point my man,,,wasnt trying to sound insulting either. I am just firm in my own beliefs is all :D
