Jovan mentioned throwing things into the Congressional Record, that's where he said his reports were published and should be available to order for the public soon, but I guess Congress folk can get it free so he had each one sent a copy.

Did you read the OP to mean that it actually is now a part of the record? I know that in other hearings, participants request to have things in the record but it is then under review by the Chairs, not an automatic. 'submit' is not a solid word. Waiting on seeing it in the FedRec
