Thanks. The little I heard from Kagan was essentially her trying to help out the govt case by saying everything is a risk analysis, etc. Nauseating to hear them all go on about the OBVIOUS benefits of the vax. Sigh.
I listened to most of it. I personally think they'll strike down the OSHA one and leave the medical employees one due to them already requiring the flu vaxx.

Honestly, my person opinion is you could flip a coin. Not because the case does or does not have any merit. It's obviously unconstitutional to force anyone to take a drug. The unknown factor is who really controls the SCOTUS and how they want them to rule. If things have to get worse before they get better I can see them enforcing the mandates to crush the economy even further.

Any Constitutional lawyers out there?

It was Barret in her confirmation who said to render verdicts "sine timore aut favore" though she said it in English as "without fear or favor." Seems most of SCOTUS are scared and or bought in some manner.
