I think you are looking past an important point, this conversation will be heard by many politicians, policy makers etc. The other judges are using this opportunity to push misinfo, shouldn't a conservative judge use the same tactics so that the truth can be heard?
How safe or effective this vaccine is or is not isn't the point. It could be perfectly safe and that still doesn't give someone the right to force me to take it. The fact that it isn't safe or effective is beside the point and will be addressed. The Nuremberg code is very specific. You can not force someone to undergo a medical procedure of ANY kind. Full stop.
At least he is raising a legitimate issue associated with the covid shots, even if it should have zero relevance for judgement on Constitutionality. Maybe that statement will get more people to look into it.
The problem with this entire charade is that it assumes that the Vax does what it says it does. There is an all too willing suspension of disbelief. None of the data documents an ability to prevent contraction or transmission. Just the opposite in fact. So we are seeing a Supreme Court hearing based upon lies. This is the same as what we saw with regards to the FAUX election of 2020. You cannot have a legitimate, valid hearing without hearing all the facts. The public studies from Israel, Singapore, the UK etc. do NOT show the vax as effective. Just the opposite. There is absolutely no valid reason to call it a vax anymore. Why the continued, willing suspension of disbelief???? Who are they afraid of?
